본 고안은 레버식 가스밸브의 안전장치에 관한 것으로 가스밸브몸체(1) 상면에 굴설된 홈(2)에 코일스프링(3)으로 탄설되며 굵은 부위(4')와 가는 부위(4)를 갖는 안전핀(4)이, 회동운동을 하는 레버원판(5')의 요입부(6)에서 삽탈됨으로서 안전장치가 이루어졌다 풀렸다 하는 종래의 것에 있어서 안전핀(4)의 중심부에, 걸림턱(7)을 갖는 통공(8)을 관통하고 이 통공(8)을 통하여 나사머리(9)를 갖는 볼트(10) 선단을 홈(2) 저부의 가스밸브몸체(1)에 나착함을 특징으로 하는 것으로 요입부(6)가 안전핀(4)에서 벗어나거나 또는 삽입되게 하므로서 취급상 부주의로 인하여 레버에 힘이 가해진다 하더라도 가스밸브가 열리지 아니하여 가스안전사고가 일어날 염려가 없는 유용한 고안이다.The present invention relates to a safety device of a lever-type gas valve, which is installed with a coil spring (3) in a groove (2) excavated on the upper surface of the gas valve body (1) and has a thick portion (4 ') and a thin portion (4) In the prior art that the safety pin 4 is inserted and removed from the recess 6 of the lever disc 5 'which rotates, the locking jaw 7 is provided at the center of the safety pin 4. 본 고안은 레버식으로 된 가스밸브의 안전장치에 관한 것으로 특히 이 레버식 가스밸브가 식당주방용이나 불고집의 재래식 주물버어너에 사용되었을 때 이 재래식 주물버어너는 가스의 개폐와 착화가 연동되는 자동식이 아니므로 버어너에 착화되지 아니하는 상태에서 사소한 취급상의 부주의로 레버가 움직여서 밸브가 열리게 되면 미 연소가스가 누출되어 바로 안전사고를 유발하게 된다.The present invention relates to a safety device of a lever-type gas valve.
