Abstract

본 제품은 농약 살포시 분무살포기와 사람이 멀리 떨어져서 살포를 하게 만들어져 150㎝로 제작되어 거리를 조절하며 살포기를 끌고가면서 농약을 할 수 있으며 하우스 내 고랑을 타고 가면서 살포를 할 수 있다. 과수원에서도 고랑을 타고 다니면서 살포를 할 수 있다. 그리고 모든 농작물에서도 살포가 가능하다.
분무살포기 총 길이는 150㎝이며 양노즐이 35㎝ 간격으로 부착되어 살포되며 양쪽에 밸브를 부착하여 마음대로 조절할 수 있다. 노즐이 저압노즐이라서 농기계에 들어가는 수압이 아주 적으며 멀리서도 분사가 가능하다.
또한, 100% 조립식으로 만들어져 있고 살포가 끝나면 인륜차로도 사용할 수 있으며 조작과 사용이 아주 편리하게 되어 있다. 파이프 100㎜를 특수 제품신주로 만들어졌기 때문에 부식이 되지 않으며 녹이 나오지 않으며 반영구적이고 고장이 나지 않아 거의 A/S가 필요없고, 이동과 농약 살포가 아주 편리하다.
그리고, 사람과 멀리 있어서 인체에는 해가 없으며, 시간도 많이 절약이 되고, 경제적이다.

Description

이동식 홀로 방제기
본 제품은 인륜차식으로 제작되어 있어 약간의 물건을 실을 수 있게 되어 있다. 앞쪽으로 100㎜ 파이프를 고정시키고 그 파이프에 6㎜ 파이프를 양쪽으로 연결하여 밸브를 부착하고 끝부분에 노즐을 부착했다. 노즐이 양쪽으로 부착되어 있어 양쪽으로 살포가 가능하고, 각각의 노즐에 밸브가 달려 있고 1단-4단으로 설계되어 용도에 따라 밸브를 잠그고 편리하게 사용할 수 있다.
비닐 하우스나 온실 또는 과수원에 농약살포작업시 호-스를 잡아주는 사람이 있어야 하는 힘들고, 혼자서는 작업을 할 수 없는 관계로 적기에 병충해 방제를 하지 못하며, 무인 방제기로 농약이나 엽면 시비시 잎 뒷면에 잘 묻어야 흡수가 잘 되는데, 윗면에 주로 묻어 효과가 떨어져 노동력이나 경제적으로 손실이 큰점을 개선하여 보다 훨씬 노동력이나 경제적 부담을 줄이기 위해 많은 힘을 들이지 않고, 인체에 농약해를 덜 입는 방법에 착안하여 혼자서도 안전하고 효과적인 농약을 할 수 있는 이동식 홀로 방제기를 개발하였다.
그리고 남녀노소 누구나 손쉽고 안전하게 살포할 수 있다.
