Abstract
본 고안은 냉장고의 송풍팬 설치구조에 관한 것으로, 종래의 송풍팬 설치구조는 다수의 결합부품에 의하여 송풍팬이 내상에 설치됨으로써, 생산라인에서 많은 공정수를 요구하게 되고 이로 인하여 생산성이 저조하여 제품의 생산원가가 상승하게 되는 문제점이 있어 왔으며, 이를 개선하기 위하여, 송풍팬 양측의 벨마우스와 루버후측의 루버절연물과 상기 벨마우스와 루버절연물사이의 씰링을 제거하고 그 축에 싱을 개재하여 고정하는 전후 브라켓이 냉장고의 내상에 나사로 고정됨으로써 냉장고의 내상에 고정되는 팬모터의 회동축에 설치된 송풍팬에 있어서, 상기 송풍팬 정면의 개구가 송풍팬 외측에 인접하여 감싸도록 냉동실측으로 절곡연장되고 다시 중앙으로 절곡되어 다수의 장홈을 형성한 커버가 일체로 형성된 수납부를 냉장고의 냉동실 배면에 루버와 일체로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하여서 되는 것이다.The present invention relates to a blower fan installation structure of a refrigerator, and a conventional blower fan installation structure requires a large number of processes in the production line because the blower fan is installed in the interior by a plurality of coupling parts, resulting in low productivity.
