Description
When driving on a curved road when driving a vehicle, if the curvature is severe, centrifugal force is generated on the body, and this effect may cause the driver to bias the center of the body to the outside and prevent steering of the steering wheel correctly. There is a high risk of accidents that threaten safety.
In the vehicle manufacturing field, efforts have been made to solve the problems of the above-described turning driving in the related art, but most of them are paying attention to preventing the vehicle body from being pulled to one side through automatic control of the suspension device.
The simplest means to solve the problem that occurs when the vehicle is turning, it is a device that causes the vehicle body to be balanced by generating a resilient elastic force when the height of both wheels is unbalanced. However, this device does not completely prevent the center of gravity of the body.
The most advanced means known up to now is the electronic suspension system, which, when the electronic control unit continuously checks the driving conditions of the vehicle and determines that the vehicle is turning, increases the suspension force on the lower side of the vehicle to offset the body tilt. System.
Although the system is effective in preventing off-center deviation of the vehicle body, it does not reach the condition that the driver can drive stably.
The present invention proposes a driver's seat support device that solves the above-mentioned problems caused by turning the vehicle by partially adjusting the seat cushion of the driver's seat.
The driver's seat support device controls the relay of the hydraulic shock absorber disposed below the driver's seat according to the steering angle, the driver's leveling sensor, and the signal input from the vehicle speed sensor so that the hydraulic shock absorbers have different oil pressures. Therefore, the driver is configured to maintain a stable posture regardless of the road conditions.
In the device of the present invention, the leveling sensor is a metal ball is placed inside the container body having a semi-circular bottom, a resistance film for generating an electrical signal on the bottom upper surface of the container body is arranged in a predetermined pattern to the metal ball The electrical signal which shows the inclination of a vehicle body by the contact with is made into the structure.
In addition, the hydraulic shock absorber disposed below the driver's seat has a structure in which the internal hydraulic pressure is changed by moving the position of the piston in association with the motor in the same manner as in the normal electromagnetic suspension system.

The present invention having the above-described configuration will be described in detail as a preferred embodiment according to the accompanying drawings as follows.
1 is a front view of a driver's seat to which the present invention is applied, and FIG. 2 is a side view thereof.
The normal driver's seat 3 having the backrest 1, the headrest 2 and the like is supported at all four corners by the usual hydraulic shock absorber 4 so that the seat cushion can be adjusted. The leveling sensor 7 of the structure in which the metal ball 6 was accommodated in the inside of the container 5 which has a hemispherical bottom is arrange | positioned at the bottom of the driver's seat 3 integrally. Although not shown, a resistive film having a predetermined pattern is disposed on the hemispherical bottom surface of the container body 5, and thus an electric signal outputted according to the movement of the metal ball 6 is changed to display the inclination of the driver's seat.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the four hydraulic shock absorbers 4 operate in the up and down direction, but they may have the same function even when disposed in the diagonal direction.
3 is a block diagram for controlling the inventive device. The output signal of the leveling sensor 7 is input to the ECU 8, and at this time, the signals transmitted from the vehicle speed sensor 9 and the steering angle sensor 10 are also inputted and processed by the ECU 8 for data processing. When the output signals of all the sensors 8, 9, and 10 indicate turning travel, the ECU 8 judges the detailed conditions of the turning travel and relays the transmissions to the respective hydraulic shock absorbers 4. (11) is operated to control the hydraulic pressure of the corresponding hydraulic shock absorber 4 to be changed.
Figure 4 shows the control flow by the device of the present invention.
When the vehicle starts to run, the ECU 8 receives the output signals of all the sensors in the first step 20 and proceeds to the second step 21.
In the second step 21, the ECU 8 checks the state of the vehicle by processing the signals of the respective sensors and proceeds to the third step 22.
The third step 22 checks the driving state of the vehicle. If the vehicle has started the curved driving, the output signal of the steering angle sensor 10 first changes, and if the curvature of the road is severe, the leveling sensor ( When the output signal of 7) changes, the ECU 8 proceeds to the fourth step 23 when it recognizes such a change of the signal, and returns to the front end of the first step 20 when there is no signal change to control. Will continue.
The fourth step 23 is a step of recognizing whether the change of the output signal of the leveling sensor 7 is a slope or a flat path. If it is determined as an inclined road, the process proceeds to the fifth step 24 and if it is determined as a flat road, the process proceeds to the sixth step 25.
In the fifth step 24, the ECU 8 determines which slope is the uphill or the downhill, and if it is uphill, the front hydraulic shock absorber 4 of the driver's seat 3 is soft, and the rear hydraulic shock absorber 4 is performed. ) To hard to support the back of the driver's body.
On the contrary, when it goes downhill, the front hydraulic shock absorber 4 is hard and the rear hydraulic shock absorber 4 is softly controlled to support the driver's front body side.
This control state continues to the seventh step 26 until the end of the ramp is determined, and if it is determined that the ramp is finished, the control state returns to the front end of the first step 20, and if it is determined that the ramp is continuous. It returns to the front end of the said 5th step 24, and controls to maintain the seat cushion control state of a driver's seat.
Next, in the sixth step 25, it is determined whether or not the turning travel is performed on the flat road. When the driving is a straight line, the flow returns to the front end of the first step 20. When the driving is determined as the turning travel, the flow advances to the eighth step 28. The hydraulic shock absorber 4 of the driver's seat 3 is controlled. The turning run is determined by the signal of the steering angle sensor 10. The eighth step 27 controls the hydraulic shock absorber 4 arranged on the left side of the driver's seat 3 to be hard when the vehicle turns left, and the opposing hydraulic shock absorber 4 to be soft. This control continues to the ninth step 28 until it is determined that the turning travel is over. That is, if the turning run is continued, the flow returns to the front end of the eighth step 27 to maintain the control state, and when the turning run is finished, the control returns to the front end of the first step 20 to start the control newly. .
As described above, the present invention is to detect the ECU when the vehicle starts the ramp or turning, and change the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic shock absorber supported by the driver's seat so that the driver can always drive in a stable posture. It is effective to greatly improve the steering stability of the vehicle in driving such as mountain roads having slopes and sharp turning points, and thus has the effect of preventing safety accidents in advance.
The present invention relates to a driver's seat support device provided for the purpose of preventing the driver's body center from being unbalanced by the influence of centrifugal force generated when the vehicle is turning, and in particular, it detects the steering angle, the speed of the vehicle and the degree of tilt of the vehicle body. The present invention relates to a driver's seat support device that allows a driver to drive in a stable posture by changing a seat cushion of a driver's seat.
