Abstract
The present invention relates to a wire harness for a vehicle, in which a large number of wires are bundled together at one time, so that damage due to friction between wires is often caused, and there is a problem of causing a short circuit and a fire due to overcurrent. In the vehicle wire harness comprising a bundle means for tying the wire 10, the wire provides a vehicle wire harness in which the separator 30 is inserted.
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle wire harness, and more particularly, to a vehicle wire harness that is capable of isolating a certain number of wires inside when tying a plurality of wires together.
In general, as many electric devices are used in a vehicle, the number of wires connected to each is also large.
Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of wires 10 are simply and neatly bundled, which is called a wire harness.
FIG. 2 illustrates a wire harness for a vehicle in the related art, and shows a cross section of a state in which the wire 10 is collected and then taped and tied with a tape 20.
However, as described above, in the conventional vehicle wire harness, a plurality of wires 10 are bundled together and then taped with a tape 20, so that the wires 10 may be damaged by friction between the wires 10. In addition, there was a problem that there was a risk of electric leakage and fire when an overcurrent flowed.
The present invention is devised to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a wire harness for a vehicle that prevents wire damage and prevents a short circuit and a fire.
1 is a perspective view showing a conventional vehicle wire harness,
2 is a cross-sectional view showing a wire harness for a conventional vehicle,
3 is a cross-sectional view showing a wire harness for a vehicle according to the present invention,
4 is a perspective view illustrating the separator.

In order to realize the above object, the present invention provides a vehicle wire harness in which a separator is inserted in a vehicle wire harness including a bundle means capable of tying wires.
Therefore, the vehicle wire harness according to the present invention can be separated by inserting a separator plate into the wire to isolate the predetermined number of wires, and then can be bundled using a bundle means.
Hereinafter, referring to FIG. 3, the separator 30 is inserted into a plurality of wires 10, and the outside of the wires 10 is bundled with a bundle means.
Figure 4 shows a separator according to the present invention, the separator 30 has a constant length and excellent heat transfer plate 34 is cross-bonded.
On the other hand, as a bundle means used to bundle the wire 10 in the present invention is a general tape 20 is used to be taped, not limited to this, any means that can bundle the other wire 10 It can be included in the bundle means of the present invention.
In the vehicle wire harness of the present invention configured as described above, the separator 30 is inserted into the wire to isolate some of the wires 10, and the outside of the wire 10 can be bundled by taping with a tape 20. Will be.
As described above, the vehicle wire harness according to the present invention can reduce damage caused by friction by a plurality of wires by separating and taping some wires by a separator plate, and the separator plate has excellent insulation property. Even if overcurrent flows through the wire, heat is not accumulated.
Therefore, there is an advantage that can prevent the risk of leakage and fire.
