Abstract
본 고안은 자동차의 연료탱크로부터 연료증기를 수집하는 캐니스터 접합구조에 관한 것으로 하판(12)의 접합부(14)가 상판(11)의 접합부(13)를 완전히 둘러싸는 형상으로하여 상판(11)과 하판(12)을 용착시키므로 누기에 대한 내구 신뢰성이 향상되어 증발가스 규제 대응에 유리한 효과를 제공한다.The present invention relates to a canister joint structure for collecting fuel vapor from a fuel tank of an automobile. The joint part 14 of the lower plate 12 is shaped so as to completely surround the joint part 13 of the upper plate 11 and the upper plate 11. Description
종래의 캐니스터는 제 1도에 도시된 바와 같이 상판(1)과 하판(2)을 수평으로 형성시키고 초음파 또는 진동용접으로 접합시켜서 사용하였으나 접합부의 크랙 및 누기 등의 발생으로 내구신뢰성이 저하되었다. 더욱이 증발가스 규제대응이 있어서 이러한 캐니스터 접합구조는 치명적 상황이 발생하면 대응이 난이하였다.Conventional canisters were formed by horizontally forming the upper plate 1 and the lower plate 2 and bonding them by ultrasonic or vibration welding, as shown in FIG. 1, but the durability was lowered due to cracks and leakage of the joint. 본 고안의 목적은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 캐니스터의 하판의 접합부가 상판의 접합부를 둘러싸게 하여 상판과 하판을 융착시켜 구성되는 캐니스터 접합구조를 제공하고자 하는 것이다.An object of the present invention is to provide a canister joint structure that is formed by fusing the top plate and the bottom plate to surround the joint portion of the top plate in order to solve the above problems.
