Abstract
본 고안은 자동차충돌시 엔진룸의 부품들이 실내측으로 침입되는 것과, 엔진룸에서의 소음이 실내로 유입되는 것을 차단하기 위하여 설치되는 대쉬패널의 구성에 관 한 것으로 특히 두장의 금속판재사이에 알루미늄재질로 구성되며 그 내부에 흡음재가 충진된 허니컴구조의 골조와 차음재를 적층시켜 대쉬패널을 구성토록 함으로써 지지강성의 증대와, 중량의 감소,흡음효과의 향상을 기할 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to the construction of a dash panel that is installed in order to prevent the intrusion of parts of the engine room to the interior side and the noise from the engine room to enter the room during a car collision. 본 고안은 자동차충돌시 엔진룸의 부품들이 실내측으로 침입되는 것과, 엔진룸에서의 소음이 실내로 유입되는 것을 차단하기 위하여 설치되는 대쉬패널의 구성에 관 한 것으로 특히 두장의 금속판재사이에 알루미늄재질로 구성되며 그 내부에 흡음재가 충진된 허니컴구조의 골조와 차음재를 적층시켜 대쉬패널을 구성토록 함으로써 지지강성의 증대와, 중량의 감소,흡음효과의 향상을 기할 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to the construction of a dash panel that is installed in order to prevent the intrusion of parts of the engine room to the interior side and the noise from the engine room to enter the room during a car collision.
