본 발명의 필터(1)는 내부중심에 구멍(2)이 관통된 원통형상으로 구성되어 유수분리기의 탱크내에 설치되는 것으로 내외면에 부직포(3)의 내부에 폴리에틸렌등과 같이 물과 친화력이 강하며 압력부하가 적고 내약품성을 가지는 재질의 극세섬유에 이온막을 형성시킨 여과포(4)(4')를 다수층 적층시켜 상하부에 캡(5)(5')을 고정시킨 구조로 되어 있다. 이와 같이 된 본 발명은 유수분리기의 탱크내에 설치되어 세정공정에서 배출되는 세정액과 오일의 혼합 폐수가 필터(1)의 부직포(3)를 통해 여과포(4)(4')를 거친 후 다시 내측의 부직포(3)를 통해 구멍(2)으로 배출되는데 이 과정에서, 여과포(4)(4')는 물과 친화력이 강하며 압력부하가 적고 내약품성을 가지는 폴리에틸렌과 같은 극세섬유에 이온막이 형성된 구조로 되어 있으므로 세정액과 오일이 혼합된 세정폐수가 부직포(3)를 통해 여과포(4)(4')를 통과할 때 여과포(4)(4')의 강한 친화력에 의해 에멀죤상태로 오일을 끌어모으는 힘으로 오일의 작은 입자가 큰방울의 입자로 뭉쳐져 완전한 오일로 만들어지면서 내부의 부직포(3)를 통해 중심구멍(2)으로 통과되어 나오게 되고, 구멍(2)으로 여과되어 나온 기름은 세정액보다 비중이 약해 세정액의 상부에 뜨게 되므로 이 상태에서 세정액과 오일을 쉽게 분리하여 세정액은 재사용하고 오일은 폐기하면 되는 것으로 본 발명의 필터는 실험결과 유수분리 능력이 50-60℃에서 오염기존의 99% 이상이 제거되는 것으로 국립공업기술원의 연구결과 입증되었다.The filter 1 of the present invention has a cylindrical shape with a hole 2 penetrated at an inner center thereof and is installed in a tank of an oil / water separator, and has a strong affinity with water, such as polyethylene, inside the nonwoven fabric 3 on the inner and outer surfaces thereof.
