Abstract

본 고안은 키가 큰 제품의 중간 부위를 보호하기 위한 중간 완충재가 그 제품과 함께 수납되는 포장상자에 관한 것으로, 중간 완충재의 위치고정을 자체적으로 해결하기 위함이다. 본 고안의 포장상자는 포장상자(10)의 일부를 절개하여 각각 중간 완충재(4)의 상면과 하면을 가두어 지지하도록 안으로 접어넣을 수 있게 된 상부 지지편(13)과 하부 지지편(14)을 갖는 점이 특징이다. 하부 지지편(14)은 중간 완충재(4)의 하면을 받쳐주는 받침부와 이 받침부에서 아래로 더 접혀서 포장상자 본체에 대해 그 받침부를 견고하게 버텨주는 버팀부로 이루어진다. 즉, 중간 완충재 고정을 위해 별도의 부재가 필요없다. 따라서 포장에 드는 비용과 노력을 줄여서 원가 절감, 생산성 향상 그리고 사용자 입장에서 쓰레기 량을 줄이는 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to a packaging box in which an intermediate cushioning material for protecting an intermediate portion of a tall product is stored together with the product, and is intended to solve the position fixing of the intermediate cushioning material itself.
