By using the steel cord with reinforced strength, it is possible to achieve the uniformity of the strength, weight reduction, and ground pressure distribution required by the tire and to simplify the tire structure.
Description
The present invention relates to a pneumatic heavy-duty tire manufactured by using a steel cord layer made of a rubber topping after arranging the steel cords in parallel with each other and then reinforcing them with fiber cords or filaments therebetween.
The cords used in conventional radial tires are topped with a rubber material of parallel steel cords. In case of reinforcement using such a cord, the laminated structure is required to be staggered depending on the direction and several belts are used to obtain the required strength. In addition, when multiple belts are used in overlap, intensive stress concentrations occur between the 2 and 3 belts due to the cross-directional direction. In particular, due to flexion that occurs when a load is applied, it may cause uneven distribution of ground pressure distribution, and fatigue failure may occur due to repetition of flexion.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art and to obtain the required strength, while simplifying the structure and attempting to reduce the weight, a reinforced steel cord layer capable of inducing an even distribution of the earth pressure can be used as the earth reinforcement member. It is a problem of the present invention to devise a heavy load tire.

The present invention has a structure as shown in FIG. 1 is a steel cord with a constant spacing in parallel, and reinforces the fiber cord or filament between the steel cords (1), the angle of the α is between 10 ° ~ 90 ° as a relative angle formed by the fiber cord or filament do. The angle β is a relative angle held by the steel cord and the fiber cord or filament, and is maintained at 10 ° to 90 °. 3 is a cross-sectional view when the steel cord of the present invention is used as a belt which is a tread reinforcement.
The original is an enlarged shape of the center of the tread. In this case, one less belt was used because of the strength reinforced cord. When the strength is required to be small, the direction of the steel cord reinforcing fiber cord or filament is located in only one direction depending on the size of the strength. In this case α is 0 ° and only β is present.
The reinforcing steel cord used in the present invention increases the strength of the reinforcing steel cord by preventing the movement of the steel cord by the fiber cord or the filament, thereby increasing the reinforcing strength and preventing excessive stretching.
By using the steel cord reinforced with strength to prevent flexion, the tire structure can be simplified because the overall weight reduction and the uniformity of the ground pressure distribution can be achieved while satisfying the strength required by the tire.
The present invention increases the reinforcement strength by using the steel cord layer reinforced with fiber cord or filament as the belt of the tire instead of the conventional steel cord structure to prevent the deformation more than necessary when applying flexural movement or load. The purpose is to induce an even distribution of ground pressure in the ground by preventing excessive stretching of the steel cord layer while simplifying the structure.
