Description
The present invention relates to a color receiver.
Since the electron gun of the general color picture tube uses a heater to generate an electron beam, it takes considerable time until the image is displayed after the power is applied. Accordingly, the user often does not check whether he or she has applied power to the color receiver, and often operates the power switch repeatedly. In this case, the lifetime of the color receiver tube is shortened, and waste of power is caused. Nevertheless, in the conventional color receiver, there is no means for informing whether power is supplied.
The technical problem to be achieved by the present invention is to provide a color receiving tube capable of generating a beep sound when the power is applied.

In order to achieve the above technical problem, the color receiving tube according to the present invention comprises a shadow mask coupled to a front panel, and in a color receiving tube having an element circuit to eliminate magnetization of the shadow mask when power is applied, the shadow mask At the edge of the hole, holes having the same resonant frequency as that of the driving frequency of the element circuit are drilled.
Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Typical color receivers have a shadow mask coupled to the front panel such that electron beams from the electron gun pass through corresponding holes in the shadow mask. Accordingly, the electron beam hits the phosphor of the color corresponding to the hole, and the color is displayed. In the shadow mask, magnetization may be formed while the color receiving tube is not operated by a geomagnetic, residual magnetism, or external magnetic field. As such, when the color receiving tube is operated in the state in which the magnet is formed in the shadow mask, color purity or convergence is degraded. In order to prevent such a phenomenon, a general shadow mask type color receiving tube is provided with an element circuit for removing magnetization of the shadow mask when power is applied.
To eliminate magnetization of the shadow mask, apply a sufficiently strong magnetic field around the shadow mask, and then gradually decrease its intensity. 1 is a diagram for explaining a typical device circuit. 2 is a waveform diagram of current flowing through the circuit of FIG. 1. As shown, in a typical device circuit, the static characteristic thermistor TP and the magnetic field generating coil LD are connected in series with respect to the power supply P. When the power switch SP is closed, the AC currents + iD and-iD flow through the positive characteristic thermistor TP and the magnetic field generating coil LD. As a result, a magnetic field is generated from the magnetic field generating coil LD, and a sufficiently strong magnetic field is applied around the shadow mask. However, as time t passes, the internal temperature of the color receiving tube rises, so that the resistance value of the static thermistor TP increases. Accordingly, the magnitudes of the alternating currents (+ iD, -iD) and the generated magnetic field are gradually reduced, thereby eliminating magnetization of the shadow mask.
When holes having the same resonance frequency as that of the alternating current (+ iD, -iD) are drilled at the edges of the shadow mask, power signals may be generated through the holes. The frequency of the alternating currents (+ iD, -iD) can be adjusted by changing the frequency of the applied power supply (P). 3 is an exploded perspective view showing the front panel portion of the color water pipe according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 3, the frame 1 to which the shadow mask 2 is fixed is coupled to the panel 4. That is, the stud pin 41 provided in the inside of the panel 4 is fitted into the engaging hole 31 of the hook spring 3 fixed to the outer edge of the frame 1, so that the frame 1 is made into the panel ( 4) is combined. Here, holes 21 having a structure having the same resonance frequency as that of the alternating currents (+ iD, -iD) are drilled at the edges of the shadow mask 2. In the case of this embodiment, the resonance hole 21 of 0.2 mm to 0.3 mm length is drilled within 1 mm (millimeter) about each edge of the shadow mask 2. The shape of the resonance hole 21 is preferably a cylindrical or quadrangle shown in FIG. As the holes of the structure having the same resonance frequency as the frequencies of the alternating currents (+ iD, -iD) are drilled, a power signal is generated through the holes 21 when the user applies power to the color image tube. The time at which the power signal beep is generated is equal to the time at which the element circuit (Fig. 1) operates. The power signal may be generated to allow the user to confirm that power is applied.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and modifications and improvements are possible at the level of those skilled in the art. For example, by processing the edge tip of the frame 1 so as not to touch the shadow mask 2, the resonance of the frame 1 can also be induced.
As described above, according to the color receiver according to the present invention, when power is applied, the user can confirm that power is applied by generating a beep sound while the device circuit is operating.
