Claims (5)
- 차량 엔진 흡기밸브 및 배기밸브의 개폐 타이밍을 조절하는 가변 밸브 타이밍 장치의 동작을 제어하는 VVT 제어시스템에 있어서,
기본 연료의 특성에 맞추어 설정된 엔진의 크랭크축 및 캠축의 위상차에 따라 가변 밸브 타이밍 장치의 동작을 제어하는 주제어장치와;
상기 주제어장치와 별도로 형성되어 주제어장치와 연결되며, 기본 연료와 상이한 연료 특성에 맞추어 주제어장치에서 설정된 가변 밸브 타이밍 장치의 동작 설정을 변경하는 보조제어장치;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조제어장치를 이용한 차량 VVT 제어시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보조제어장치는
연료 특성에 따른 점화시기의 변경에 맞춘 크랭크축 위상의 변화에 따라 캠축의 위상을 변화시켜 가변 밸브 타이밍 장치를 동작시키도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조제어장치를 이용한 차량 VVT 제어시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 주제어장치는
가변 밸브 타이밍 장치를 제어하는 VVT제어부를 포함하고,
상기 VVT제어부는,
엔진의 흡기밸브 및 배기밸브의 개폐시기에 따른 크랭크축과 캠축의 위상차를 설정하는 제어값설정모듈과, 크랭크축의 위상을 측정한 정보를 수신하는 크랭크위상수신모듈과, 캠축의 위상을 측정한 정보를 수신하는 캠위상수신모듈과, 현재 크랭크축 및 캠축의 위상에 따라 설정된 크랭크축 및 캡축의 위상차를 맞추도록 가변 밸브 타이밍 장치를 작동시키는 VVT작동모듈을 포함하며,
상기 보조제어장치는 연료 특성에 따른 점화시기 변경이 이루어지도록 하는 점화시기변경부를 포함하고,
상기 점화시기변경부는,
주제어장치에 설정된 엔진의 점화시기에 관한 정보를 수신하는 설정정보수신모듈과, 새로운 연료 특성에 맞춘 점화시기를 설정하는 점화시기설정모듈과, 상기 점화시기설정모듈에 의해 설정되는 점화시기에 맞추어 크랭크축 위상을 변경하여 설정하는 크랭크위상변경모듈과, 변경된 크랭크축 위상에 맞추어 캠축 위상을 변경시키는 신호를 생성하는 캠변조신호생성모듈과, 상기 캠변조신호생성모듈에 의해 생성된 신호를 상기 캠위상수신모듈로 전달하여 측정된 캠축 위상을 변경시키는 캠위상변조모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조제어장치를 이용한 차량 VVT 제어시스템. - 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 보조제어장치는
새로운 연료 특성에 따른 흡입밸브 및 배기밸브 개폐시기의 변경을 위해 크랭크축 및 캠축의 위상차에 관한 정보를 생셩하여 전달하는 VVT변경부를 포함하고,
상기 VVT변경부는 개폐시기의 변경을 원하는 위상의 반대방향으로 캠축 위상신호를 변조시켜 전달하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조제어장치를 이용한 차량 VVT 제어시스템. - 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 VVT변경부는
연료의 종류정보를 설정하는 연료정보설정모듈과, 설정된 연료에 대한 크랭크축 및 캠축의 위상차정보를 저장하는 VVT제어값저장모듈과, 상기 VVT제어값저장모듈에 의해 저장된 위상차 정보와 상기 제어값설정모듈에 의해 설정된 위상차 정보의 차이만큼 캠위상 측정신호를 반대로 변조하는 캠신호반영모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조제어장치를 이용한 차량 VVT 제어시스템.
