Claims (10)
- 내부에 파우치형 배터리를 수용하고, 상기 파우치형 배터리로부터 전달되는 열을 외부로 방출하는 금속케이스; 및
서로 대면하는 파우치형 배터리의 일면과 상기 금속케이스의 일면 사이에 배치되고, 상기 파우치형 배터리에서 발생된 열을 전달받아 분산시킨 후 상기 금속케이스로 전달시킬 수 있도록 양면이 서로 대면하는 상기 파우치형 배터리의 일면 및 금속케이스의 일면에 각각 접하도록 배치되는 판상의 열전달시트;를 포함하고,
상기 열전달시트는 상기 파우치형 배터리로부터 전달된 열이 분산된 상태에서 상기 금속케이스로 전달될 수 있도록 상기 금속케이스보다 상대적으로 열전도율이 높은 재질로 이루어지고,
상기 금속케이스는 방열필러를 포함하는 절연성 코팅층을 포함하고,
상기 절연성 코팅층은 상기 금속케이스의 표면에 형성되는 파우치형 배터리 카트리지. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 열전달시트는 표면이 절연처리된 그라파이트 시트인 파우치형 배터리 카트리지. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 열전달시트는 판상의 그라파이트 시트 및 접착층을 매개로 상기 그라파이트 시트에 부착되어 상기 그라파이트 시트의 표면을 덮는 절연성 필름부재를 포함하는 파우치형 배터리 카트리지. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 금속케이스는 알루미늄을 포함하는 재질로 이루어진 파우치형 배터리 카트리지. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 절연성 코팅층은 상기 금속케이스의 표면에 소정의 두께로 형성되고,
상기 절연성 코팅층은 방열성을 갖는 파우치형 배터리 카트리지. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 금속케이스는 상기 파우치형 배터리의 상면을 덮는 제1금속케이스와 상기 파우치형 배터리의 하면을 덮는 제2금속케이스를 포함하고,
상기 제1금속케이스 및 제2금속케이스는 판상의 금속 플레이트인 파우치형 배터리 카트리지. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 제1금속케이스 및 제2금속케이스는 상기 파우치형 배터리의 테두리를 지지하고 외기가 상기 파우치형 배터리 측으로 유입될 수 있도록 링형으로 형성되는 파우치형 배터리 카트리지. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 금속케이스는 다른 부품과의 체결을 위하여 테두리 측에 구비되는 적어도 하나의 체결부를 포함하는 파우치형 배터리 카트리지. - 청구항 제1항, 제3항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 복수 개의 파우치형 배터리 카트리지;
상기 복수 개의 배터리 카트리지에 각각 수용된 파우치형 배터리; 및
상기 복수 개의 배터리 카트리지가 일방향을 따라 적층된 상태를 유지하기 위한 체결수단;을 포함하는 파우치형 배터리 팩.
