실시예19의 바이셀 구조체는, 전자현미경 관찰에 의하여 평균입자지름은, 장경 15nm, 단경 3∼5nm, 바이셀 구조체의 비율은 100%이었다. 또 실시예19의 화장수는, 보존안정성이 양호하고 침투감이 우수하며 또한 보습효과가 우수한 화장료였다.The bicell structure of Example 19 had an average particle diameter of 15 nm for the long axis and 3 to 5 nm for the minor axis according to electron microscope observation, and the ratio of the bicell structure was 100%. (c)에틸렌옥사이드의 평균부가몰수가 10∼20인 폴리옥시에틸렌콜레스테릴에테르 및/또는 폴리옥시에틸렌피토스테릴에테르로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 계면활성제
(d)프로필렌글리콜, 디프로필렌글리콜, 1,3-부틸렌글리콜로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 2가 알코올
(e)물
을 함유하고, 상기 성분(a)와 성분(c)의 함유질량비 (a)/(c)가 0.4∼2.0이며, 성분(b)에 대한 성분(a) 및 성분(c)의 합계의 함유질량비 {(a)+(c)}/(b)가 5.0 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이셀 구조체를 함유하는 조성물.
