Claims (17)
- 자일라나제 활성을 갖는 변이형 폴리펩티드로서,
서열번호 1의 폴리펩티드의 2번, 3번, 28번, 38번, 56번, 62번, 65번, 80번, 93번, 114번, 144번, 146번, 149번, 151번, 161번, 및 165번 위치에 상응하는 위치의 아미노산 중 하나 이상의 위치의 아미노산에서의 치환(substitution)을 포함하는, 변이형 폴리펩티드로,
상기 치환은 I3T/V, K56R, F62Y, S146T, T2C, T28C, N38D, S65T, S80T, F93Y, V114T, H144K, S149T, N151T, Q161R, 및 T165V 중 선택되는 것인, 변이형 폴리펩티드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변이형 폴리펩티드는 3번 위치의 아미노산의 발린으로의 치환을 포함하는 것인, 변이형 폴리펩티드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변이형 폴리펩티드는 하기 i) 내지 iv) 중 어느 하나 이상의 치환을 포함하는 것인, 변이형 폴리펩티드;
i) 3번 아미노산의 발린 또는 쓰레오닌으로의 치환;
ii) 56번 아미노산의 아르기닌으로의 치환;
iii) 62번 아미노산의 타이로신으로의 치환; 및
iv) 146번 아미노산의 쓰레오닌으로의 치환으로
여기서, 상기 위치 번호는 서열번호 1의 폴리펩티드의 위치에 상응하는 위치임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변이형 폴리펩티드는 I3V 치환; 또는 I3T/V, K56R, F62Y, S146T, T2C, T28C, N38D, S65T, S80T, F93Y, V114T, H144K, S149T, N151T, Q161R, 및 T165V 중 선택되는 15개 이상의 아미노산 치환;을 포함하는 것인, 변이형 폴리펩티드.
