R1은 탄소수 1 내지 10의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 2가의 지방족 탄화수소기이며,
상기 2가의 지방족 탄화수소기는 적어도 하나의 탄소 원자가 -O-, -N(R2)- 및 -S- 중 적어도 하나로 치환 또는 비치환되고, R2는 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알킬기이며,
n은 1 내지 3의 정수임).

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 양자점 입자의 평균 입경은 5 내지 12nm인, 양자점 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 양자점 입자는 코어 및 상기 코어를 덮는 쉘을 포함하는, 양자점 조성물.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 코어의 평균 입경은 2 내지 5nm이며, 상기 쉘의 두께는 2 내지 10nm인, 양자점 조성물.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 코어는 인듐(In) 또는 인(P)을 포함하고, 상기 쉘은 아연(Zn), 셀레늄(Se) 또는 황(S)을 포함하는, 양자점 조성물.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 쉘은 상기 코어를 덮는 제1 쉘층 및 상기 제1 쉘층을 덮는 제2 쉘층을 포함하며,
상기 코어는 InP 또는 InZnP를 포함하며, 상기 제1 쉘층은 ZnSe 또는 ZnSeS를 포함하고, 상기 제2 쉘층은 ZnS를 포함하는, 양자점 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 티올계 화합물의 함량은 상기 양자점 입자 100 중량부에 대하여 30 내지 150중량부인, 양자점 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 바인더 수지, 중합성 화합물, 중합 개시제 및 용매 중 적어도 하나를 더 포함하는, 양자점 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 따른 양자점 조성물로부터 형성된, 경화 패턴.
- 청구항 15에 따른 경화 패턴을 포함하는, 화상 표시 장치.
