Claims (3)

내부가 비어 있는 알루미늄바를 준비하는 단계;
상기 알루미늄바를 정해진 곡률로 밴딩하는 단계;
밴딩된 알루미늄바의 하면 중앙부에 기준홀을 타공하면서, 양측단부를 적당한 길이로 가절단 하는 단계;
가절단된 알루미늄바를 소정의 온도로 열처리하여 경도를 상승시키는 단계;
열처리된 알루미늄바의 양측단부의 면이 정해진 각도를 갖도록 절단하는 단계;
절단된 알루미늄바의 하면에 상기 기준홀을 중심으로 양측에 이격된 보조홀을 타공하는 단계; 및
상기 보조홀들이 타공된 알루미늄바를 샌딩기의 거치대에 안착시킨 후, 상면 및 양측면을 샌딩하여 차량용 루프랙을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 기준홀과 상기 보조홀은 상기 샌딩기의 거치대에 돌출된 돌기에 삽입되어 위치가 고정된 채 샌딩이 수행되고,
상기 보조홀들이 타공된 알루미늄바를 샌딩할 때, 바닥면은 샌딩을 수행하지 않아 차량의 루프에 장착할 때 바닥면이 차량의 루프에 밀착될 수 있게 하며,
상기 밴딩을 하기 전의 알루미늄바는 열처리가 되지 않은 알루미늄바로써 경도가 상기 열처리 후의 알루미늄바의 경도보다 작으며,
상기 밴딩 후에 스프링 백(spring back) 현상이 발생하지 않아 상기 열처리 전 후의 알루미늄바의 형상은 서로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 루프랙 제조 방법.

The reference hole and the auxiliary hole are inserted into protrusions protruding from the holder of the sanding machine, and sanding is performed with their positions fixed,
When sanding the aluminum bar with the auxiliary holes perforated, the bottom surface is not sanded so that the bottom surface can be in close contact with the roof of the vehicle when mounted on the roof of the vehicle.
The aluminum bar before the bending is an aluminum bar that has not been heat treated, and its hardness is lower than that of the aluminum bar after the heat treatment,
