Description

권취형 알루미늄 전해 콘덴서용 아크릴 점착 테이프{Acrylic adhesive tape for winding type aluminum electrolytic condenser}Acrylic adhesive tape for winding type aluminum electrolytic condenser}

The present invention relates to an acrylic adhesive tape for a rolled-up aluminum electrolytic capacitor, and more specifically, to an acrylic adhesive tape for a rolled-up aluminum electrolytic capacitor in which the content of acrylic acid in the adhesive layer is controlled.

As the density, precision, and high functionality and high performance of parts used in electrical and electronic devices are promoted, technologies such as precision micro-processing and assembly, adoption of new materials, and high-speed automatic production of small quantities of various types of parts are being developed. For this, adhesive tape technology is necessary. It is becoming an indispensable element.

The aluminum electrolytic capacitor has a structure in which an anode made of aluminum foil with an aluminum oxide film on the surface, a cathode made of aluminum foil, and a separator holding the electrolyte solution disposed between the anode and the cathode are accommodated in a sealed case, and is a wound type, Shapes such as the stacked type are widely used.

In double-wound electronic components, adhesives or adhesive tapes are used to secure the elements in order to prevent them from unwinding after winding, and the adhesive tape method, which can be easily mechanized, is the mainstream. A terminal fixing adhesive tape for aluminum electrolytic capacitors using manila hemp paper, kraft paper, synthetic fiber, etc. as a support material has been proposed.

However, since the adhesive or adhesive tape is used in a paste state, there is a problem in that the adhesive flows down and unwinds after winding. In addition, there were problems such as dielectric destruction due to corrosion of aluminum, a dielectric forming base, due to ionization of the halogen component of the adhesive component due to dissolution by the paste.

In addition, since aluminum electrolytic capacitors are manufactured through a chemical conversion process and a carbonization process, adhesives or adhesive tapes are required to have a short-term heat resistance temperature of 260 to 300°C.

A tape was manufactured by forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer with the same composition as in Example 1-1 on the surface of the polyimide, and then reducing the peeling force on the outer surface of the polyimide base, that is, the surface opposite to the surface on which the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer was applied. For this purpose, PP25W containing N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone was diluted in IPA in the ratio below and then coated to a thickness of 1 ㎛ or less to prepare a tape.

The back peel force was measured for each tape, and the results are shown in Table 7 below.
