Description
The present invention relates to an antibacterial apron that prevents the growth of various microorganisms, such as bacteria and fungi, and is hygienic and can be designed in various ways.
Aprons have been used as an essential element in various fields that handle substances that can contaminate clothing, such as cooking or beauty, since the past. In particular, in restaurants where hygiene is important, aprons play an important role in preventing the chef's clothes from being contaminated by food and at the same time preventing bacteria contained in the chef's clothes from spreading to the food.
The choice of fabric used for an apron plays an important role in determining its susceptibility to bacterial contamination. Commonly used porous fabrics, such as cotton or polyester, absorb moisture and therefore provide an ideal breeding environment for bacteria. there is.
A conventional apron is disclosed in Patent Document 1. Conventional aprons prevent microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses from penetrating by applying nano silver powder or silver solution to the apron.
However, because conventional aprons contain silver (Ag), there is often a possibility of corrosion when exposed to sulfur compounds contained in food or various chemicals, making their durability somewhat weaker, and they are more difficult to manufacture than when using general resins. There is a limit to how costs can rise.
Additionally, silver has limitations in implementing various designs due to its unique color.

The polyurethane of the front layer also includes DMF and MEK. Specifically, it includes 39 to 41 parts by weight of DMF (CAS NO. 68-12-2), 29 to 31 parts by weight of MEK (CAS NO. 78-98-3), and 29 to 31 parts by weight of polyurethane, preferably It contains 40 parts by weight of DMF, 30 parts by weight of MEK and 30 parts by weight of polyurethane. More preferably, commercially available polyurethane (#synthetic resin paint (BESTHANE) - 8900, Deokseong Co., Ltd.) can be used.
용제는 MEK(CAS NO. 78-98-3) 및/또는 톨루엔(CAS NO. 108-88-3)을 사용할 수 있다.The solvent of the front layer is for mixing polyurethane and other materials, and contains 35 to 45 parts by weight, preferably 38 parts by weight. The solvent may be MEK (CAS NO. 78-98-3) and/or toluene (CAS NO. 108-88-3).
The antibacterial agent is a component for antibacterial action that prevents the growth of microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi on the front layer, and contains 2 to 4 parts by weight, preferably 2.9 parts by weight. If the antibacterial agent exceeds 4 parts by weight, the transparency and durability of the front layer fabric are reduced, and if it is less than 2 parts by weight, the antibacterial effect is significantly reduced. These substances are used as cosmetic raw materials and have the advantage of being safe and having excellent antibacterial effects against a wide range of bacteria and fungi. More preferably, BIO IC-30 (supplier: Chemical Hub), a commercially available preservative, can be used.
The softener is a component that allows the compositions to be mixed uniformly while providing flexibility so that the front layer can be folded or fitted to the human body, and contains 0.03 to 0.07 parts by weight, preferably 0.056 parts by weight. As a softener, alkyl ether sulfate can be used, and more preferably, SUNFOL DS-900 (SFC Co., Ltd.) can be used.
Meanwhile, contaminants can be easily removed through additional coating on the front layer. Fluorocarbon resin and silicon coating can be used as such coatings, and when applied, they can be coated by spraying with a superhydrophobic nanocoating method. It is preferable to apply an additional coating of 1 to 2 parts by weight. If it is less than 1 part by weight, there is a limit to the waterproofing effect, and if it exceeds 2 parts by weight, the opacity of the front layer increases, so there is a problem that the design of the back layer is not visible. . More preferably, the coating agent may contain 1.5 parts by weight.
Figure 1 is a photograph showing an example of an antibacterial apron according to the present invention.
The back layer is located behind the front layer, and its design, such as its color or pattern, appears through the transparent front layer. In other words, the antibacterial apron according to the present invention has the advantage that the front layer is responsible for the function and the back layer is responsible for the design, so the functions are separated and various designs can be manufactured/selected according to the user's taste.
The back layer can be made of a variety of materials, such as nylon fabric and fabric, and the patterns can also be set in various settings so that each apron can be clearly distinguished. For example, as shown in Figure 1, a cool-feeling antibacterial apron can be manufactured by applying blue nylon fabric to the transparent front layer.
The adhesive layer is a component that bonds the front layer and the back layer, and more specifically includes 55 to 75 parts by weight of polyurethane, 15 to 25 parts by weight of solvent, and 7 to 11 parts by weight of crosslinking agent, preferably 65 parts by weight of polyurethane, It contains 26 parts by weight of solvent and 9 parts by weight of crosslinking agent.
The polyurethane of the adhesive layer is a composition containing polyurethane as a main ingredient and contains 55 to 75 parts by weight, preferably 65 parts by weight. The polyurethane composition may be specifically composed of 45.5 parts by weight of the first polyurethane (#BESTHANE-6016, Deokseong Co., Ltd.) and 19.5 parts by weight of the second polyurethane (#BESTHANE-61780, Deokseong Co., Ltd.).
용제는 MEK(CAS NO. 78-98-3) 및/또는 톨루엔(CAS NO. 108-88-3)을 사용할 수 있다.The solvent for the adhesive layer, like the solvent for the front layer, is for mixing polyurethane and other materials, and contains 15 to 25 parts by weight, preferably 26 parts by weight. The solvent may be MEK (CAS NO. 78-98-3) and/or toluene (CAS NO. 108-88-3).
The crosslinking agent includes a material containing a polyurethane curing agent as an active ingredient, and contains 7 to 11 parts by weight, preferably 9 parts by weight. Crosslinking agents include, for example, trimethylolpropane (TMP), 1,3-Diisocyanatomethylbenzene, and 2,2'-Oxybisethanol. It can be included. More preferably, AK-75C(B) (MSDS NO. AA02284-0000000091) can be used.
Meanwhile, the antibacterial apron according to the present invention may further include a thermochronic pigment and have a temperature-dependent discoloration function in which the color changes depending on the temperature. As an example of the present invention, leuco dye may be used, or microcapsules may be used. This can be done differently depending on the method of applying the thermochronic dye. For example, when applied to the back layer made of fabric, microcapsules can be applied so that the capsules can be fixed between the tissues of the fabric. When using a microencapsulated dye, it can be applied by specifically treating the back layer with cations, then fixing the microencapsulated dye and drying it. If necessary, the drying and fixing process can be repeated to deepen the color. In particular, when applied to the back layer, heat is transmitted through the front layer, so thermal denaturation occurs at a higher temperature, which has the advantage of informing the risk of high temperature with high accuracy. It is desirable to contain at least 5 parts by weight of the thermochronic dye based on the weight of the back layer, because if it is less than 5 parts by weight, it is difficult to confirm the color change through the front layer. More preferably, it may contain 10 parts by weight.
Below, a method for manufacturing an antibacterial apron according to the present invention will be described.
Figure 2 is a block diagram of a method of manufacturing an antibacterial apron according to the present invention, and Figure 3 is a cutting design that can be applied in the cutting step of the present invention.
In the method of manufacturing an antibacterial apron according to the present invention, as shown in Figure 2, 50 to 70 parts by weight of polyurethane, 35 to 45 parts by weight of solvent, 2 to 4 parts by weight of antibacterial agent, and 0.03 to 0.07 parts by weight of softener are mixed evenly, A front layer application step (S10) of applying a predetermined thickness to release paper; A front layer drying step (S20) of drying and hardening the applied front layer; An adhesive layer application step (S30) of mixing 55 to 75 parts by weight of polyurethane, 15 to 25 parts by weight of a solvent, and 7 to 11 parts by weight of a crosslinker evenly and then applying it to the front layer; A back layer attachment step (S40) of attaching the fabric to the applied adhesive layer; A maturation step (S50) of drying the composite layer at a temperature of 65 to 75° C. for 36 to 60 hours; And a cutting step (S60) of removing the release paper of the dried composite layer and then cutting it into the shape of an apron.
The front layer application step (S10) is a step of mixing the materials included in the front layer and then applying them to the release paper at a predetermined thickness, preferably at a thickness of 0.15 to 0.25 mm. If applied less than 0.15 mm, there is a problem that the durability of the front layer is significantly reduced, and if applied more than 0.25 mm, transparency is low, making it difficult for the design of the back layer to be exposed.
In the front layer drying step (S20), the applied front layer is dried at a temperature of 65 to 75°C for 6 to 12 hours.
The adhesive layer application step (S30) is a step of applying an adhesive layer to the front layer, and the thickness is appropriately applied depending on the fabric of the back layer. However, when applied in excess of 0.2 mm, there is a problem of reduced transparency, so it is preferable to apply less than that.
The aging step (S50) is a step of drying the composite layer consisting of the front layer, the back layer, and the adhesive layer at a temperature of 65 to 75 ℃ for 36 to 60 hours. If the temperature is lower than 65 ℃, the time required for drying is long, making it economically unfeasible. There is a limit to the temperature, and if the temperature exceeds 75℃, the structure of the composite layer collapses and the quality of the product deteriorates.
The cutting step (S60) is a step of removing the release paper included in the completely dried composite layer and cutting it into an apron shape (see FIG. 3).
