상기 실시예 1-3에서 제조된 코팅 조성물의 손톱 케어 효능을 확인하기 위하여, 상기 실시예 1-3에서 제조된 코팅 조성물을 이용하여 아래와 같이 실험을 수행하였다. 20-30대 성인여자 20명씩 3군을 선정하고 대상 인원들의 왼손 손톱에 실시예 1의 코팅 조성물을 100 ㎕ 정도 도포한 것(실험 1), 대상 인원들의 왼손 손톱에 실시예 1의 코팅 조성물을 100 ㎕ 정도 도포하고 5분 뒤 실시예 2의 코팅 조성물을 100 ㎕ 정도 도포 정도 도포한 것(실험 2), 대상 인원들의 왼손 손톱에 실시예 3의 코팅 조성물을 100 ㎕ 정도 도포한 것(실험 3)을 각각 10일 동안 수행하여 손톱 표면의 매끄러움, 윤기 그리고 강도를 아무것도 처리하지 않은 오른손 손톱과 비교하여 효능 및 지속성을 5점 척도법을 이용하여 평가하였으며 그 결과를 하기 표 2에 나타내었다.In order to confirm the nail care efficacy of the coating composition prepared in Example 1-3, an experiment was performed as follows using the coating composition prepared in Example 1-3. 셸락 수지 28-32 중량부, 무화과 복합추출물 1-5 중량부, 천연식물 추출물 1-5 중량부, 유자씨오일 0.5-1.5 중량부, 코코넛오일 0.3-0.7 중량부, 하이드로제네이티드레시틴 0.05-0.15 중량부, 세테아릴알코올 0.05-0.15 중량부, 아데노신 0.05-0.15 중량부, 세라마이드엔피 0.05-0.15 중량부, 팔미틱애씨드 0.05-0.15 중량부, 리모넨 0.5-1.5 중량부, 리날룰 0.5-1.5 중량부, 트로메타민 0.5-1.5 중량부, 에탄올 18-22 중량부 및 브로콜리수 37-41 중량부를 포함하는 제2 코팅 조성물을 이용하여 전처리한 손톱 또는 발톱을 코팅하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 무화과 복합추출물은,
무화과, 작약 및 감초를 세척하여 18-22℃의 온도에서 80-120 MPa의 압력으로 8-12분 동안 전처리하는 단계; 전처리된 무화과, 작약 및 감초를 8:1:1의 중량비율로 혼합하고, 착즙하여 착즙액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 착즙액을 원심분리하여 엑소좀을 포함하는 상층액을 수득하는 단계; 상기 엑소좀을 포함하는 상층액을 동결건조하여 동결건조물을 제조하는 단계; 상기 동결건조물에 폴리에틸렌글리콜/덱스트란을 사용하여 수성 2상계를 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 수성 2상계 내 엑소좀이 농축된 하층액을 수득하는 단계;를 수행하여 제조되고,
상기 천연식물 추출물은,
