Abstract
The present invention relates to a tempered glass safety door with reduced costs and improved workability. In particular, the tempered glass safety door is manufactured using a simple assembly method to increase manufacturing convenience and reduce manufacturing costs, thereby dramatically improving overall workability. It is about a new concept of technology.
The tempered glass safety door disclosed in the prior art essentially requires a process of forming a fitting part by cutting and processing both side parts so that the horizontal frame can be inserted into the upper and lower sides of the reinforcement frame, which is a component of the vertical frame, making it difficult to manufacture a tempered glass safety door. The problem of increased cost arises.
The present invention is a method to eliminate this problem by assembling a pair of horizontal frames directly on the upper and lower sides of the main reinforcement frame, and then installing a plurality of sub-reinforcement frames at an upper and lower distance between the pair of horizontal frames to reinforce the main reinforcement frame. It is characterized by a technology of assembling the side portion of the frame integrally, and assembling the front and rear portions of the main reinforcement frame and sub reinforcement frame so that the exterior frame surrounds them.
Description
The present invention relates to a new concept technology that increases manufacturing convenience by manufacturing tempered glass safety doors using a simple assembly method, reduces manufacturing costs, and dramatically improves overall workability.
In general, tempered glass doors have a beautiful appearance and have the advantage of being able to check the situation outside the door and who enters the door even when closed, so they are used at entrances and exits of business places including restaurants, various business offices, exhibition halls, offices, hair salons, etc., and schools and kindergartens. It is widely used in various buildings such as educational institutions and government offices.
These tempered glass doors can be divided into a sliding door that opens and closes by sliding, or a hinged door that opens and closes by pushing and pulling. However, in both cases, if your hand, hem of clothing, or a bag or item being carried is caught during the entry and exit process, the door itself will be very damaged. Because it is made of hard glass, injuries or damage often occur.
Considering this reality, recently, tempered glass safety doors have been proposed as a way to solve the problems of safety accidents that occur during the entry and exit process of the above-mentioned doors.
In the conventional tempered glass safety door described above, vertical frames are installed on both sides of the tempered glass, horizontal frames installed on the top and bottom of the tempered glass are connected and installed between the vertical frames, and a separate safety door is installed at the tip of the vertical frame. As the bar is installed so that it can emerge, even if your hands, feet, hem of clothes, or various items being transported or carried are caught during the entry and exit process of the tempered glass safety door, you will not be injured or damaged, thereby providing a useful effect that can maximize safety and reliability. to provide.
A representative prior art related to such a tempered glass safety door is “Patent Registration No. 1144650, Title/Tempered Glass Safety Door with Improved Insulation”.
In the prior art, the horizontal frame and vertical frame that form the framework of the tempered glass safety door demonstrate their own thermal insulation performance, thereby increasing the indoor insulation effect and saving energy.
In the prior art, in order to assemble the horizontal frames horizontally on top and bottom of the vertical frame, the
In addition, the
The present invention is a means of solving the above-described problem by assembling a pair of horizontal frames directly on the upper and lower sides of the main reinforcement frame, and then installing a plurality of sub-reinforcement frames at an upper and lower distance between the pair of horizontal frames. A technology is being sought to assemble the side parts of the reinforcement frame integrally and to assemble the exterior frame so that the front and rear parts of the main reinforcement frame and sub reinforcement frame are surrounded.
In addition, the present invention seeks a technology that allows the inward locking protrusions protruding at the front and rear ends of the sub-reinforcement frame to be integrated and assembled with a pair of outward locking protrusions protruding before and after the side surfaces of the main reinforcing frame. .
According to the present invention, the production of a tempered glass safety door is simple and easy by assembling the horizontal frame directly on the top and bottom of one side of the main reinforcement frame, thereby omitting the cutting process for assembling the horizontal frame to the existing vertical reinforcement frame. , provides the effect of significantly reducing costs.
In addition, the exterior frame is assembled to surround the front and rear parts of the main reinforcement frame and a plurality of sub reinforcement frames assembled at upper and lower intervals in the upper and lower sections of the main reinforcement frame, excluding the space where the pair of horizontal frames are assembled, thereby forming the exterior of the vertical frame. Not only is this beautiful, but it also sufficiently performs the role of a reinforcement frame, and reduces the material of the sub-reinforcement frame by the amount of space formed between the sub-reinforcement frames, thereby significantly reducing production costs and improving profitability.
