Description
The present invention relates to an upper for winter shoes that provides a cold protection effect by lowering the thermal conductivity by inserting an air-filled air bag between the inner and outer skin of the upper.
In general, winter shoes are shoes designed to block cold outside air and provide warmth inside the shoe. In particular, parts of the body exposed to a humid environment, such as feet, are more vulnerable in the winter, so thick winter shoes are worn.
As a prior art, in Patent Document 1, as shown in FIG. 1, an insulating resin (2) is embedded between the fabric (1) and the fabric (1') of the shoe upper to prevent external cold and prevent internal warmth from coming out. A technology was proposed to assist in the temperature of the feet by letting them out.
In other words, conventional winter shoes are a method of maintaining the internal temperature with the body temperature of the foot by preventing the temperature inside the shoe from leaking to the outside as much as possible. As in Patent Document 1, it is common to insert a separate insulation material into the shoe upper, but this The overall weight of the shoe not only slows down the wearer's activities, but also reduces the flexibility of the upper, which significantly reduces the comfort of the shoe.
To solve this problem, in Patent Document 2, as shown in FIG. 2, in the shoe lining inserted inside the shoe, it is inserted into the inside of the ski shoe, and both ends communicate with each other from the toe to the heel on the inner bottom surface. An inner insulation skin (1) of a ski shoe having an insertion groove (2) formed thereon and a through hole (3) formed on one side thereof; A power supply unit (10) with a built-in battery to supply power; A planar heating element (20) that is electrically connected to the power supply unit (10) and the power supply line (11) and is inserted into the insertion groove (2) formed on the bottom surface of the shoe inner shell (1) so that both ends communicate with each other. ;, wherein the power supply unit 10 is inserted into a case 30 having a clip 31 at one end of the outer end, and attaches the clip 31 on the outside of the case 30 to the band 32 that is fastened to the wearer's ankle. We proposed an inner insulation layer for ski shoes equipped with a planar heating element, which is characterized by being caught and fixed through.
In other words, Patent Document 2 applies a planar heating element that generates heat through a power source to the inner skin of a shoe. This prior art requires a separate power source, so not only is the structure complex, but the manufacturing cost is high, and especially in rainy weather, as electricity is used. Alternatively, in humid areas, there is a risk of frequent breakdowns or electric shocks due to short circuits, which limits the range of use of the shoes.
On the other hand, in Patent Document 3, as shown in FIG. 3, an inner layer (1) in contact with the sole of the foot to maintain a constant temperature inside the shoe so as to maintain a constant temperature in the foot portion, and a phase change material (10) A winter shoe consisting of an interposed middle layer (2) and an outer layer (3) in contact with the outside was proposed.
In other words, Patent Document 3 attempted to implement heat generation and thermal insulation functions by filling the shoe upper with a liquid phase change material, but this also has problems such as increased weight of the shoe and decreased flexibility of the upper, resulting in poor fit.
The present invention is intended to solve the above problems, by inserting an air-filled cold airbag between the inner and outer skin of the upper to lower the thermal conductivity, thereby providing excellent shoe protection without increasing the weight of the shoe or limiting its range of use. The goal is not only to provide a cold protection effect, but also to improve the wearing comfort by maintaining the flexibility and flexibility of the upper by forming a compression portion in the cold weather airbag.
The present invention is an upper for winter shoes, characterized in that a cold airbag 30 is provided between the inner skin 10 and the outer skin 20 forming the upper 100, and is an upper for winter shoes equipped with a cold weather airbag. Use it as a solution.
Here, the cold weather airbag 30 includes a plurality of independently sealed air filling units 30a; and a pressing portion (30b) formed between the plurality of air filling portions (30a).
Meanwhile, the cold weather airbag 30 may be made of a single layer or multiple layers.
The present invention not only provides an excellent cold protection effect without increasing the weight of the shoe or limiting its range of use, but also has the effect of improving the wearing comfort by maintaining the flexibility and flexibility of the upper.

Hereinafter, the upper for winter shoes equipped with a winter airbag according to the present invention will be described as follows.
As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the upper for winter shoes according to the present invention is characterized in that an air bag (30) for winterization is provided between the inner skin (10) and the outer skin (20) forming the upper (100). .
In other words, by applying the air-filled cold protection airbag 30 to lower the thermal conductivity, an excellent cold protection effect is provided without increasing the weight of the shoe or limiting its range of use.
On the other hand, if the cold weather airbag 30 is simply manufactured and applied as a tube in a shape corresponding to the shoe upper 100, there is a risk of deteriorating the bending and flexibility of the upper 100. Therefore, in the present invention, the bending and flexibility are improved by forming a compression portion (30b) in the cold weather airbag (30).
More specifically, the cold weather airbag 30 according to the present invention is formed between a plurality of independently sealed air filling parts 30a and the plurality of air filling parts 30a by compressing the airbag as shown in FIG. 7. Here, the shape of the air filling part 30a and the pressing part 30b is not limited to a specific shape, and various shapes desired by the producer or user, such as regular shapes, irregular shapes, and geometric shapes, can be applied. However, in the upper for winter shoes equipped with an airbag for cold weather, as shown in Figure 5 or Figure 7, the plurality of air filling parts 30a are arranged in two axial directions, spaced apart at regular intervals, and are formed as straight rod-shaped tubes. .
Meanwhile, the material of the cold weather airbag 30 may be polyethylene film or polyurethane film, and the compression may be performed using high-frequency compression, but is not necessarily limited thereto. Various known materials and compression methods can be applied.
In addition, the materials of the inner skin 10 and the outer skin 20 of the upper 100 are not limited to specific materials and include various types of generally known upper materials (e.g., natural fiber, polyester yarn). , synthetic fibers such as nylon, etc.) can be applied.
In addition, air can be injected into the air filling part 30a through a normal inlet, and nitrogen, oxygen, etc. can be used as the injected air, but this is not necessarily limited to this and various fluids already known. application is possible.
Meanwhile, in the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the cold protection airbag 30 may be formed as a single layer between the inner skin 10 and the outer skin 20 of the upper 100, but higher cold protection effect is required. In this case, as shown in FIG. 8, the cold weather airbag 30 may be formed of two or more layers. Also, referring to FIG. 8, among the multiple layers of the cold weather airbag 30, the air filling portion 30a of the first layer and the air filling portion 30a of the second layer are arranged to be offset from each other. In addition, a plurality of space portions 30c are formed between the plurality of layers of airbags 30 for cold protection.
In other words, the cold protection airbag 30 can be manufactured by inserting a single layer or multiple layers depending on the degree of cold protection desired by the producer or consumer.

It had the same structure as Example 1, but instead of using the cold weather airbag 30, an insulating material made of polystyrene with a thickness of 3 mm was inserted, referring to Patent Document 1.
2. Evaluation of uppers for winter shoes
(1) Winterization
Winterization was judged based on the results of heat conductivity measurement (lower heat conductivity means lower external cold air transfer rate, so the lower the heat conductivity, the better the winterization). Specifically, the thermal conductivity was measured using the method of ASTM D5470 using a thermal conductivity apparatus (manufacturer: Netzsch, model name: Netzsch COM-88), and the results are shown in [Table 1] below.
(2) Flexibility
KS K 0539(직물의 굴곡성 측정 방법, 컨틸레버법(contilever))에 따라 원단의 굴곡성을 측정하였으며, 구체적으로 폭 2.5 × 길이 15cm의 시험편 끝단을 강연도 시험기(스탠드)의 수평면 눈금 0에 맞춘 후, 상기 시험편의 끝단이 강연도 시험기의 경사면(41.5°)에 닿을 때까지 천천히 밀어내고, 그 밀려진 길이를 측정하였으며 그 결과는 아래 [표 1]에 나타내었다(경사면에 닿을때까지의 길이가 짧을수록 굴곡성이 우수함을 나타냄).The flexibility of the fabric was measured according to KS K 0539 (method for measuring the flexibility of fabrics, contilever method). Specifically, the end of a test piece measuring 2.5 cm in width × 15 cm in length was adjusted to the horizontal scale of 0 on the rigidity tester (stand) The end of the test piece was slowly pushed until it touched the inclined surface (41.5°) of the rigidity tester, and the pushed length was measured. The results are shown in [Table 1] below (the length until it touches the inclined surface is short). (indicates superior flexibility).

As shown in [Table 1], it can be seen that the examples according to the present invention have excellent cold protection effects due to lower thermal conductivity due to the cold weather airbag, while maintaining excellent bendability and flexibility compared to the comparative examples.
