Claims (5)
- 용접 입열 정보의 변화에 따라 형성되는 용접 단면적 정보가 미리 산출되어 저장되는 제1데이터베이스, 상기 용접 입열 정보, 용접 단면적 및 용접 부재의 두께에 따른 변형각도 정보가 미리 산출되어 저장되는 제2데이터베이스를 포함하는 데이터베이스;
용접 진행을 위한 용접 입열 정보를 입력받아 상기 제1데이터베이스에 저장된 용접 단면적 정보에 의해 용접 패스별 단면적을 산출하는 용착 면적 산출부;
상기 용접 패스별 단면적에 의해 용접 패스별 용착 높이를 산출하는 용착 높이 산출부;
상기 용접 패스별 단면적 및 상기 용접 패스별 용착 높이를 상기 제2데이터베이스에 저장된 변형각도 정보에 적용하여 용접 패스별 변형각도를 산출하는 변형각도 산출부; 및
상기 변형각도 산출부에 의해 산출되는 용접 패스별 변형각도를 누적하여 누적 변형량을 산출하는 누적 변형량 산출부;를 포함하고,
상기 누적 변형량 산출부는,
용접 패스가 복수의 방향으로 진행되는 경우 상기 방향별로 변형량을 증가시키는 +방향요인과 -방향요인으로 구분하고, +방향요인과 -방향요인의 값을 합산하여 합산 누적 변형량을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접각 변형량 예측 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 용접 단면적 정보 또는 상기 변형각도 정보는 상기 용접 입열 정보를 가변하여 시행되는 평판 위 용접에 의해 실험적으로 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접각 변형량 예측 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 용접 패스별 용착 높이는 용접 단면적, 용접이 시행되는 부분의 개선각도 및 상기 용접 패스의 밑변값을 이용하여 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접각 변형량 예측 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 누적 변형량 산출부는,
현재의 용접 패스까지 누적된 누적 변형각도와 상기 제2데이터베이스에 저장된 변형각도 정보에 의해 산출되는 예측 누적 변형각도가 동일해지는 가중치를 탐색하고, 상기 예측 누적 변형각도에 상기 가중치를 적용하여 최종 누적 변형각도를 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접각 변형량 예측 시스템. - 삭제
