본 발명에 따른 쇼핑카트용 살균장치는, 도 2 내지 도 9에 도시된 바와같이, 쇼핑카트(A)가 통과되며 살균되도록 중앙하부에 아치형 카트이동로가 형성된 살균장치로서, 상기 카트이동로의 상부에 형성되며 외부공기가 유입되도록 상단부에 다수개의 흡기공(11)이 통공된 상부하우징(10)과, 상기 상부하우징(10)의 좌측부에 하부로 연장되어 하단부가 지면에 지지되는 좌측하우징(20)과, 상기 상부하우징(10)의 우측부에서 하부로 연장되어 하단부가 지면에 지지되는 우측하우징(30)으로 이루어진 하우징(1)이 구비된다. 여기서, 상기 좌측하우징(20)과 우측하우징(30)에는 이동바퀴가 추가로 구성되어 설치장소를 이동하여 정할 수 있다.
그리고, 상기 좌측하우징(20)에는 사용자의 체온을 측정하는 적외선체온측정기(21)와, 상기 적외선체온측정기(21)의 측정결과를 표시하는 터치패널(22)과, 상기 터치패널(22)에서 입력된 명령을 처리하는 체온기제어부(23)가 구비됨으로써, 체온이 비정상적인 사람의 출입을 제한하여 바이러스 전파를 사전에 차단할 수 있다.

한편, 상기 카트이동로에는 상기 쇼핑카트(A)의 바퀴가 이송되는 카트트랙(46)이 구비되고,
상기 카트트랙(46)은 상기 쇼핑카트(A)를 소독한 후 잔존하는 소독액분무가 유입되도록 상부에 다수개의 분무유입공(461)이 통공된 중앙트랙(46a)과, 상기 중앙트랙(46a)의 전방에 결합된 전방트랙(46b)과, 상기 중앙트랙(46a)의 후방에 결합된 후방트랙(46c)과, 상기 중앙트랙(46a)의 저면에 결합되어 유입된 소독액분무가 저장되는 트랙포켓(46d)이 구비되며,
상기 중앙트랙(46a)은 출구방향으로 경사지게 구비되며, 상기 후방트랙(46c)의 전방단부에는 상기 중앙트랙(46a)을 지난 상기 쇼핑카트(A)가 정지되도록 단턱(462)이 구비된다. 여기서, 상기 트랙포켓(46d)에는 상기 소독액분무가 유입되어 액상인 소독액으로 변환되고, 일측부에 별도의 펌프(미도시)가 구비되어 상기 소독액저장통(31)에 상기 소독액을 전달하도록 구성될 수 있다.
그리고, 상기 전방트랙(46b)과 후방트랙(46c)은 상기 트랙포켓(46d)의 양단부에 끼움방식으로 결합되어 일체가 되게 된다. 다른 실시예로서, 상기 카트트랙(46)은 컨베이어를 이용하여 자동으로 쇼핑카트(A)를 이송시킬수 있도록 구비될 수 있다.
한편, 상기 소독분무발생부(32)에는 상기 소독액이 정해진 수위로 유지되도록 상기 소독액의 수위를 감지하는 플로터센서(326)가 구비되고, 상기 소독액저장통(31)에는 상기 플로터센서(326)의 신호에 따라 개폐되는 솔레노이드밸브(31a)가 구비됨으로써, 상기 소독분무발생부(32)에는 일정한 수위의 소독액이 유지되어 소독액분무를 생성하게 된다.
그리고, 상기 분무정화필터(14)는 원통형상으로 이루어지며, 중앙에 상기 소독액분무가 흡기되는 흡입통로(14a)와, 상기 흡입통로(14a)로 흡기된 소독액분무에서 소독액을 분리하는 소독액필터(14b)와, 상기 소독액필터(14b)에서 분리된 소독액을 외부로 배출하는 소독액배출구(14c)가 구비됨으로써, 소독액분무가 흡기되어 소독액으로 상기 소독액저장통(31)으로 환수되도록 구성된다.
또한, 상기 우측하우징(30)의 전면에는 상기 PLC제어기(33)의 동작상태를 표시하는 메인터치패널(34)이 구비되고, 상기 메인터치패널(34)에는 상기 적외선센서(42)와 소독분무발생부(32) 및 UVC제어기(15)의 구동상태가 표시되며, 상기 메인터치패널(34)의 측부에는 비상정지버튼(미도시)가 구비되어 소독액 부족이나 이상작동이 발생하게 되면 관리자가 안전하게 관리할 수 있게 된다.
상기 에어커튼분사부(12)는 상기 카트이동로에서 소독액분무가 외부로 누출되는 것을 방지토록 상기 상부하우징(10)의 하부전방단부와 하부후방단부에 구비되어 공기를 하부로 분사하게 된다.
또한, 상기 적외선센서(42)는 상기 쇼핑카트(A)가 상기 카트이동로의 입구과 출구에서 감지되도록 상기 하우징(1) 내벽의 전방단부와 후방단부에 구비됨으로써, 상기 쇼핑카트(A)가 진입된 상태 또는 배출된 상태를 정확하게 판단하여 감지신호를 상기 PLC제어기(33)에 전달하게 된다.
상기와 같은 구성으로 이루어진 본 발명에 따른 쇼핑카트용 살균장치의 작용을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
본 발명에 따른 쇼핑카트용 살균장치는, 도 2 내지 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 쇼핑카트(A)가 카트이동로에 진입하면, 하우징(1) 내벽의 전방단부에 배치된 적외선센서(42)가 이를 감지하여 PLC제어기(33)로 감지신호를 전달하고, 감지신호를 전달받은 PLC제어기(33)는 에어커튼분사부(12)와 소독분무발생부(32)와, UVC제어기(15)에 순차적으로 구동신호를 전달하여 소독액분무가 외부로 누출되는 것을 방지하며, 쇼핑카트(A)를 소독 및 살균하게 된다.
그리고, 하우징(1) 내벽의 전방단부에 배치된 적외선센서(42)에 상기 쇼핑카트(A)의 진입을 감지하면 이를 PLC제어기(33)전달하고, PLC제어기(33)는 정해진 시간동안(3~5초) 소독 및 살균을 진행한 후 블로워(13)를 구동시켜 소독액분무를 소독액분무흡기구(44)를 통해 회수하고, 상기 소독액분무흡기구(44)를 통해 회수된 소독액분무는 분무정화필터(14)에서 필터링되며, 필터링된 소독액은 다시 소독액저장통(31)으로 모아져 재사용되게 된다. 따라서, 정해진 용량의 소독액저장통(31)에는 항상 정화된 소독액이 저장되어 사용되게 되며, 사용시간도 늘어나게 되어 관리가 용이해지게 된다.
한편, 상기 PLC제어기(33)에는 외부 통신망과 접속될 수 있는 통신부(미도시)가 구비됨으로써, 관리자가 원격으로 구동상태를 점검할 수 있어 비상상황에 신속하게 대처할 수 있게 된다.
그리고, 상기 카트이동로 지면에는 카트트랙(46)이 배치되어 상기 소독액분무흡기구(44)를 통해 미 환수된 소독액분무가 회수되도록 상면에 분무유입공(461)이 통공된 중앙트랙(46a)이 구비되고, 상기 중앙트랙(46a)의 하면에 배치된 트랙포켓(46d)의 내부로 소독액이 모이게 된다. 그리고, 상기 중앙트랙(46a)의 후방단부에 결합된 후방트랙(46c)에는 상기 쇼핑카트(A)가 정지되도록 단턱(462)이 구비됨으로써, 사용자가 상기 카트이동로에 상기 쇼핑카트(A)를 진입시키면, 상기 쇼핑카트(A)는 상기 중앙트랙(46a)의 경사를 거쳐 상기 단턱(462)에서 지지되어 정지한 상태가 된다.
사용자는, 좌측하우징(20)에 구비된 적외선체온측정기(21)에서 체온을 측정한 후 정상인 경우 내부로 진입하여 상기 쇼핑카트(A)를 사용하게 된다.
이와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 쇼핑카트용 살균장치는 UVC살균과, 소독액 소독을 동시에 진행하고, 사용자의 체온을 측정하여 정상적인 사용자만 내부로 진입할 수 있어 바이러스 전파를 사전에 차단하고, 안전하게 쇼핑할 수 있게 된다.
