상기 수로형성유닛에 채워진 물의 순환을 유도하는 펌프;
상기 수로형성유닛의 일지점에 설치되는 것으로서 서비스공급테이블;
상기 수로형성유닛에 채워진 물 위에 부상하며 물의 흐름에 의해 상기 수로형성유닛의 연장방향을 따라 음식물을 운반하는 복수 개의 순회트레이; 및
주문한 음식이 담긴 상기 순회트레이를 주문한 고객이 식별할 수 있도록 하기 위한 트레이 표지수단을 포함하되,
상기 순회트레이는,
상기 음식을 놓을 수 있는 트레이본체와, 상기 트레이본체를 상기 물 위에 부상시키는 부력체와, 상기 트레이본체의 저부에 고정 설치된 롤러브래킷과, 상기 롤러브래킷으로부터 회전 가능한 롤러를 포함하고,
상기 롤러는, 상기 트레이본체의 측벽보다 3 ~ 10mm의 돌출 간격만큼 돌출된 구조를 가지며,
