Claims (8)

내용물이 충진되는 리필용기;
개방된 상측을 통하여 상기 리필용기가 삽입되는 외부용기;
상기 외부용기의 내부 상측에 회전 가능하도록 삽입되며 상기 외부용기의 내부 하측에 삽입된 상기 리필용기와 결합되는 내부회전부;
상기 내부회전부의 상측에 상하 이동 가능하도록 결합되는 토출부;
일측은 상기 토출부에 결합되고 타측은 상기 내부회전부를 관통하여 상기 리필용기의 내부로 삽입되며 상기 리필용기의 내용물을 상기 토출부로 토출시키는 펌핑부;
상기 외부용기의 외부 상측에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 외부회전부; 및
상기 외부회전부가 회전됨에 따라 상기 내부회전부가 회전되면서 승하강되도록 가이드하는 승하강안내수단을 포함하고,
상기 내부회전부가 승하강되면, 상기 토출부가 상기 외부용기의 상부로 돌출되거나 또는 상기 외부용기의 내부로 삽입되도록 승하강되고,
상기 외부용기의 상부로 돌출된 상기 토출부가 상방으로 들어올려지면, 상기 리필용기가 상기 토출부를 따라 이동되고,
상기 승하강안내수단은,
상기 외부용기의 상측에 경사지게 형성되는 가이드홀과,
상기 내부회전부의 외주연 일측에 상기 가이드홀에 삽입되도록 돌출 형성되는 가이드돌기와,
상기 내부회전부를 회전시키도록 상기 외부회전부의 내주연에 형성되는 상하안내부를 포함하고,
상기 외부회전부가 회전될 때, 상기 가이드돌기가 상기 가이드홀을 따라 슬라이딩되면서 승하강되고,
상기 외부용기의 상측 원주를 따라 볼록한 가이드부와 오목한 가이드홈이 각각 형성되고,
상기 가이드부의 외주연을 따라 상기 가이드홀이 형성되고,
상기 가이드홈을 통하여 상기 외부회전부 방향으로 노출되는 상기 내부회전부의 외주연 타측에 상기 상하안내부에 삽입된 상태로 상하 이동 가능하도록 돌출 형성되는 상하안내돌기를 더 포함하고,
상기 상하안내부는 상기 외부회전부의 내주연에 상하 방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 승하강안내수단을 갖는 리필형 화장품 용기.
