Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an arc plasma projector capable of generating various patterns of plasma discharge according to a wound site or shape, and a plasma generator for skin irradiation including the same.
Plasma is a mixture of negatively charged electrons and positively charged ions and neutral particles (molecules and atoms), which means an aggregate of charged particles with electrical conductivity. It is the fourth state of matter following solid / liquid / gas. is being called
These plasmas have various radical characteristics and are used in real life or in various industrial fields.
Here, the radical is in a state where it is easy to react with other substances and has a characteristic of changing its properties when reacting with other substances.
In addition, radicals are characterized in that they exhibit various physical/chemical properties when the gas or discharge method used for plasma generation is different.
That is, among the various properties that plasma can have, it can have excellent sterilization power through the generation of active species having strong oxidizing power and high reactivity, so it is actively used in the bio field such as life / medicine, food industry and agriculture.
Recently, studies are being conducted to fundamentally treat incurable diseases such as atopy, dermatitis, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and cancer using these active species.
In particular, atmospheric pressure low-temperature plasma is mainly used as a plasma device for the purpose of treating dermatitis.
Atmospheric pressure low-temperature plasma is known to have a strong sterilization effect and cell growth promoting effect, and accordingly is used in the field of treating dermatitis, wounds, burns, etc. such as atopy, athlete's foot, eczema and acne.
On the other hand, plasma exhibits various properties according to the discharge method.
In particular, in a plasma device for the purpose of treating dermatitis or wounds, there may be properties of plasma suitable for each condition of the affected area.
However, in a conventional plasma device, a plasma device having one discharge method is provided in one device to irradiate and treat plasma regardless of the condition of the affected area, such as the wound area or wound type, or a plasma device having a discharge method suitable for the condition of the affected area. There was an inconvenience such as having to purchase separately.
Also, among conventional plasma devices, a plasma device using an arc discharge method has been proposed.
In the arc discharge method, when plasma is irradiated through a pin provided at an end of a plasma device, it is characterized in that it is irradiated in the form of a single point.
Here, in order to irradiate high-pressure plasma through the pin, an electrical connection structure such as a PCB and a connecting conductor is provided below the pin.
In addition, in the arc discharge method, if the pins are manufactured by adjusting the number or arrangement, the shape of plasma consisting of a plurality of points as they are arranged can be created.
However, the conventional plasma device required electrical connection for each pin, and in detail, there was a disadvantage in that welding and wire connection had to be configured very complicatedly on the PCB.
In addition, in order to derive a plasma shape suitable for the condition of the affected part, the number or arrangement of pins, welding, and wire connection must be configured very complicated.
Therefore, there is a limit to the pin configuration provided in one device or the type of shape that can be derived from a PCB.
That is, in order to treat by irradiating plasma regardless of the condition of the affected part or to derive an optimized shape for each affected part, it is inconvenient to exchange one module itself including an external ceramic and an internal PCB.
One module itself as described above is difficult to manufacture due to its complex electrical configuration, and since module replacement is required every time to derive the plasma shape desired by the user, durability such as the possibility of short circuit is reduced and there is a risk of safety accidents.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a plasma device for irradiating a suitable plasma type according to the state of the affected area, such as a wound site and wound shape.

And, it is an object of the present invention to provide a plasma device capable of easily changing the shape in which plasma is irradiated in one plasma conductor.
