<실시 예 5 - MIC50에 의한 결핵균 항균 활성 측정><Example 5 - Measurement of Mycobacterium tuberculosis activity by MIC50>

상기의 실시 예 2 및 실시 예 3에서 수득한 에탄올 용매 해조류 추출물 분말과 열수 용매 해조류 추출물 분말을 이용해 결핵균 항균 활성을 측정하였다.The antibacterial activity of Mycobacterium tuberculosis was measured using the ethanol solvent seaweed extract powder and the hot water solvent seaweed extract powder obtained in Examples 2 and 3 above.

<실시 예 6 - RFU에 의한 결핵균 항균 활성 측정><Example 6 - Measurement of Mycobacterium tuberculosis activity by RFU>

상기의 실시 예 2 및 실시 예 3에서 수득한 에탄올 용매 해조류 추출물 분말과 열수 용매 해조류 추출물 분말을 이용해 결핵균 항균 활성을 측정하였다.The antibacterial activity of Mycobacterium tuberculosis was measured using the ethanol solvent seaweed extract powder and hot water solvent seaweed extract powder obtained in Examples 2 and 3 above.
