상기 얼굴 이미지에 기초하여 상기 사용자의 피부의 수분, 유분, 피지, 주름, 모공 상태 및 각질 상태 중 적어도 하나 이상의 피부 상태를 결정하되, 상기 사용자의 얼굴 이미지에서 분할된 복수 개의 얼굴 영역들 중 면적이 제1 면적 이상인 제1 얼굴 영역의 피부 상태를 결정하고,

결정된 상기 제1 사용자들 중 외출 유사도가 임계값 이상인 사용자들을 제2 사용자들로 결정하고, 결정된 상기 제2 사용자들의 화장품 사용 정보에 기초하여, 상기 화장품들을 결정하고,
상기 외출 유사도 결정부는,
상기 제1 사용자들을 대상으로 수집된 외출 시간을 기초로 상기 제1 사용자들 각각에 대하여 외출 증감도와 외출 변화도를 산출하고, 기초 자료가 되는 상기 외출 시간은 최근 일주일 또는 최근 보름기간 내의 자료로 결정되며, 상기 외출 시간은 매 월에 따른 일자로 표현되며, 상기 외출 증감도는 매일별 외출 시간의 기울기 부호를 이용하여 산출되며 벡터로 표시되고, 상기 외출 변화도는 매일별 외출 시간의 기울기의 크기를 이용하여 산출되며,
