Abstract
본 발명은 슬러지 케이크 함수율 저감방법에 있어서,
(a) 잉여 슬러지 100중량부에 대하여, 농도가 0.01~0.03 N이며 pH 조정 약액인 알루민산소다를 10~30중량부 주입하여 30~40 rpm으로 교반하면서 10~30분간 개량하는 단계; (b) 개량된 슬러지를 기계적으로 탈수시 압력은 50~300MPa로 탈수처리하는 단계; (c) 탈수처리된 슬러지 케이크(10)를 압착으로 얇고 납작한 형태로 성형하는 단계; (d) 성형된 슬러지 케이크(10)의 함수율을 측정하는 단계; (e) 측정된 함수율이 미리 정해진 기준치 이상인 경우 상기 성형된 슬러지 케이크(10)에 액츄에이터(30)의 상하 동작을 통해 복수 개의 전기 가열봉(20)을 동시에 꽂아 일정시간 동안 열을 가하여 건조하는 단계;를 수행하는 슬러지 케이크 함수율 저감방법을 개시한다.

또한 다른 예로 환봉이 아닌 표면에 복수의 타공이 형성된 중공 형태로 이루어지며 내측에 외부 전원에 의해 가열되는 가열원이 제공되어 상기 가열원에서 발생되는 열이 내측 공간에서 머문후 타공을 통해 슬러지 케이크(10)에 전달되어 건조하도록 할 수 있다.

Claims (5)
- 슬러지 케이크 함수율 저감방법에 있어서,
(a) 잉여 슬러지 100중량부에 대하여, 농도가 0.01~0.03 N이며 pH 조정 약액인 알루민산소다를 10~30중량부 주입하여 30~40 rpm으로 교반하면서 10~30분간 개량하는 단계;
(b) 개량된 슬러지를 기계적으로 탈수시 압력은 50~300MPa로 탈수처리하는 단계;
(c) 탈수처리된 슬러지 케이크(10)를 압착으로 얇고 납작한 형태로 성형하는 단계;
(d) 성형된 슬러지 케이크(10)의 함수율을 측정하는 단계;
(e) 측정된 함수율이 미리 정해진 기준치 이상인 경우 상기 성형된 슬러지 케이크(10)에 액츄에이터(30)의 상하 동작을 통해 복수 개의 전기 가열봉(20)을 동시에 꽂아 일정시간 동안 열을 가하여 건조하는 단계;를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지 케이크 함수율 저감방법.
