몸체 앞판, 몸체의 상측 단부 둘레에 결합하는 깃, 몸체 앞판의 개폐를 위해 트임 부위에 장착되는 지퍼, 및 상기 지퍼와 상기 몸체 앞판 접합 부위에 결합하는 지퍼 바람막이를 포함하고,
상기 지퍼 바람막이의 부재는 상기 방한재 TPU 필름과 상기 기모직 내피가 봉재를 위한 여유분을 포함하여 상기 지퍼 폭과 길이에 상응하는 직사각형 형상으로 재단되고, 상기 외피는 상기 방한재 TPU 필름 폭의 2배와 두께에 상응하는 크기의 폭으로 재단되어, 봉재 선 길이방향이 아닌 개방 측 길이방향 단부가 상기 외피에 의해 감싸지도록 상기 외피가 상기 방한재 TPU 필름과 기모직 내피를 감싸도록 둘러 핫멜팅 접합하고,
