컨트롤러(400)의 제어에 따라 설정된 손 세정 시간을 타이머 방식으로 디스플레이 화면에 표시하는 디스플레이부(300)와;
상기 세정액 분사장치(100)의 세정액 분사와 디스플레이부(300)의 손 세정 시간 표시를 제어하는 컨트롤러(400)를 포함하되,

상기 컨트롤러(400)는,
