상기 수분증발 방지판(20)의 후방측 하부면에 핀셋결합부(22)를 구비하고 상기 헤어핀셋(10)에 걸림돌기(15)를 구비함으로써, 상기 헤어핀셋(10)이 상기 핀셋결합부(22)에 결합될 때, 상기 걸림돌기(15)가 상기 핀셋결합부(22)에 걸리게 하여 상기 수분증발 방지판(20)이 상기 헤어핀셋(10)으로부터 이탈하지 못하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모발의 수분증발을 방지하는 헤어핀셋.
