Since the polymer substrate layer is a polymer material and has a plate or sheet shape, it may be referred to as a polymer plate or a polymer sheet. In addition, a hard coating layer is formed on the polymer substrate layer, so that it can be used in combination with a high-hardness sheet. These may be part or all of the exterior surface mount members.
Referring to FIG. 14 , an exterior surface mounting member according to various embodiments of the present invention is a high-hardness sheet, and includes a

According to various embodiments, the high-hardness scratch-resistant
According to various embodiments of the present invention, the high hardness
For example, anti-fingerprint (AF) may be configured by adding a fluorine-based resin to high-hardness acrylate, which is the main component of the hard coating, in an additive manner to add only water and oil repellency to the characteristics of the hard coating layer.
In addition, in the case of AG, particles that cause anti-glare are mixed into the hard coating solution, and there may be a method of adding a layer, but the best method is to add functionality to one layer of coating solution in an additive manner. can
Additional components that provide that functionality are listed below.
An anti-fingerprint (AF) component is an anti-fingerprint component and may be added as a water/oil repellent coating material or applied as a water/oil repellent coating layer. The AR component mainly includes a fluorine group and may be formed at a water contact angle of 100 degrees or more.
The IF component can be added as a hydrophobic lipophilic coating or applied as a coating layer. The IF component may be formed at a water contact angle of 80 degrees or less.
The AG (Anti-Glare) component is a component that reduces light reflection through diffuse reflection by adding scattering particles, and can increase visibility in natural light conditions.
