Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, a boiler water pretreatment facility capable of reducing iron oxide according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.
First, to define terms for directions, as shown in (a) of FIG. 3, the x direction may mean the length direction and the y direction may mean the height direction.
Boiler water refers to water or steam present in a pipe (B) of a boiler that generates steam through a boiler to drive a steam turbine in a thermal power plant.
Iron oxide contained in boiler water can be produced by old boiler piping.
If these iron oxides are not removed by pretreatment of boiler water, they cause clogging of the filter and malfunction of the sensor.
Therefore, when iron oxide, which is a contaminant contained in boiler water, is not removed, replacement or maintenance of filters and sensors not only takes a lot of time, but also causes unnecessary costs.
Therefore, in order to remove such iron oxide, as shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of boiler
That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the boiler
Accordingly, the boiler
The water
Therefore, the boiler
Meanwhile, the boiler water may include relatively high-temperature high-pressure steam present in the pipe as well as relatively high-temperature water flowing through the pipe of the boiler.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, the boiler
(S100 단계)The
To explain this in more detail, the boiler water present in the pipe (B) of the boiler receives heat by the boiler, and is in a liquid state and a vapor state with a relatively high temperature.
Accordingly, the
This is to prevent accidents such as burns caused by relatively high-temperature boiler water and steam, and at the same time to more effectively remove contaminants from the boiler water from the seal pot (Seal POT) to be described later.
To this end, the manager controls the valve (V1) of the pipe to which the pipe (B) of the boiler and the
As the valve V1, any one of well-known valves such as a globe valve, a needle valve, a ball valve, and a plug valve may be used.
The
Here, the boiler water may contain contaminants such as iron oxide (FeO, Fe 2 O 3 , Fe 3 O 4 ) generated by old pipes.
This iron oxide causes malfunction and failure of the water quality measurement unit, and clogs the filter for removing contaminants from the boiler water.
Therefore, in order to preferentially remove contaminants such as iron oxide, the
To explain this in more detail, as can be seen in (a) of FIG. 3, the
Since iron oxide has a relatively higher specific gravity than water and is insoluble in water, it is precipitated in the lower portion of the
(S200 단계)Accordingly, the
Here, the
This is to relatively lower the fluidity of the water introduced into the
To explain this in more detail, the temperature of the boiler water existing in the pipe B of the boiler may be relatively higher than that of the boiler water cooled to a predetermined temperature by the
Here, if the
Therefore, in order to prevent this problem, the boiler
To this end, the
In addition, the
Accordingly, the
Furthermore, the boiler
Accordingly, the manager controls the drain valve V2 to discharge the precipitated contaminants such as iron oxide to the
The
In addition, as shown in (a) of FIG. 3 , the
The
The
(S300 단계)On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, the boiler

This is to prevent the water
