Description
The present invention relates to a connector for signal transmission, and more particularly, to a connector for signal transmission in which a terminal can be inserted into an inner housing installed inside an insertion part at once.
In general, a connector is composed of a connector housing and a terminal, and is widely used in power circuits such as washing machines, refrigerators, or automobiles. The use of the connectors in these electric and electronic devices has the advantage that not only device manufacturing but also maintenance work can be greatly simplified because a plurality of parts can be individually assembled and then inserted into a final product.
Recently, as circuits of electric appliances including electronic devices of automobiles have become complicated, the transmission amount of signals using connectors has also increased, and an improvement in transmission speed has been required. In particular, in the case of a flat panel display, the number of image refresh rates (hz) for the same period of time continues to increase, and accordingly, there is a need to secure sufficient transmission speed and transmission amount through a connector.
To this end, a connector using low voltage differential signaling (LVDS) has recently been developed. The low voltage differential signal means signal transmission using 3.3V or 1.5V instead of the standard voltage of 5V, and since fewer wires can be used between the board and the panel, conventional FPCs in computers or flat panel displays can be used. However, it is widely used as a substitute for FFC connector. In particular, LVDS technology reduces the number of data outputs, enabling connector miniaturization.
And, in the case of recently developed electronic devices, a lot of electromagnetic interference (EMI) occurs due to high-speed/high-capacity electrical signals, which directly affects the performance of the electronic device, so the need to prevent it has emerged. It is becoming.
On the other hand, in the conventional connector as described above, the terminals must be inserted one by one into the receiving part installed inside the insertion part. However, the process of accurately seating and fixing the terminal on the terminal retainer has a problem in that it is difficult to visually confirm.
In particular, in the process of inserting the terminal into a plurality of narrow seating holes penetrating the receiving unit, a problem of damage to the terminal also occurs.
In addition, when force is applied to the terminal seated on the terminal retainer in the longitudinal direction, there is also a problem that the terminal is released from the terminal seat portion.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and to provide a connector for signal transmission in which a state in which a terminal is pressurized and seated in a terminal retainer can be visually and clearly confirmed.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a connector for signal transmission capable of preventing the terminal from being released unintentionally in the process of inserting the terminal into the housing unit.
