Claims (7)
- pH 센서 및 색채 감지 광센서에 혈액을 공급하기 위한 PDMS 마이크로 플루이딕 채널;
전기분해법을 통해 산화, 환원되는 혈액 내의 수소이온을 수소 가스로 치환시키고, 팔라듐 게이트 전극의 전기적 특성이 변화되는 정도를 측정함으로써 혈액의 pH 농도를 측정하는 pH 센서; 및
혈액 내의 산소 및 이산화탄소의 농도에 따른 혈액의 색채 변화 감지를 통해 혈액을 투과 및 반사하는 광원의 색채를 측정함으로써 혈액의 pH 농도 이상 증후 원인을 판단하는 색채 감지 광센서
를 포함하는 랩온어칩 기반의 휴대용 진단키트. - 제1항에 있어서,
pH 센서는,
금속-유전체-반도체 전계효과 트랜지스터(Metal-Insulator-semiconductor field-effect transistor; MISFET)를 포함하고,
금속-유전체-반도체 전계효과 트랜지스터는,
혈액의 pH 농도 변화에 따른 일함수 변화를 발생시키는 팔라듐 게이트 전극;
변화된 일함수에 따른 문턱 전압 변화를 발생시키는 반도체 채널; 및
변화된 혈액의 pH 농도에 따른 전기적 특성을 감지하는 소스/드레인 전극
을 포함하는 랩온어칩 기반의 휴대용 진단키트. - 제2항에 있어서,
pH 센서는,
혈액의 pH 농도 변화의 초정밀 측정을 위해 준문턱 지점(Subthreshold Region)에서 혈액의 pH 농도의 변화에 따른 전류의 변화를 측정하는
랩온어칩 기반의 휴대용 진단키트. - 제1항에 있어서,
색채 감지 광센서는,
혈액의 채도를 측정하는 빛 반응 물질;
혈액의 색채 정보를 빛 반응 물질에 제공하는 광원;
빛 반응 물질을 액체 상태의 혈액으로부터 보호하는 보호층; 및
변화된 혈액 내의 산소 및 이산화탄소의 농도에 따른 전기적 특성을 감지하는 소스/드레인 전극
을 포함하는 랩온어칩 기반의 휴대용 진단키트. - 제4항에 있어서,
색채 감지 광센서는,
혈액 내의 산소 및 이산화탄소의 농도에 따라 혈액의 pH 농도가 변화되고, 혈액 내의 과잉 이산화탄소는 혈액에 해리되어 중탄산이온(HCO3)의 형태로 존재하게 되어 혈액 내의 이산화탄소 분압(PaCO2)을 증가시키고, 혈액의 산성화를 유발하여 변화되는 혈액의 색채 변화를 감지함으로써 호흡성 요인에 인한 혈액의 pH 농도 이상 증후 원인을 판단하는
랩온어칩 기반의 휴대용 진단키트. - 제1항에 있어서,
pH 센서 및 색채 감지 광센서를 통해 측정된 혈액의 pH 농도 및 pH 농도 이상 증후 원인에 관한 센싱 신호를 출력하고, 출력된 센싱 신호를 이용하여 대사성 산증, 호흡성 산증, 대사성 알칼리증, 호흡성 알칼리증을 포함하는 대사성 및 호흡성의 증후 원인을 진단하는
랩온어칩 기반의 휴대용 진단키트. - PDMS 마이크로 플루이딕 채널을 통해 pH 센서 및 색채 감지 광센서에 혈액을 공급하는 단계;
pH 센서가 전기분해법을 통해 산화, 환원되는 혈액 내의 수소이온을 수소 가스로 치환시키고, 팔라듐 게이트 전극의 전기적 특성이 변화되는 정도를 측정함으로써 혈액의 pH 농도를 측정하는 단계;
색채 감지 광센서가 혈액 내의 산소 및 이산화탄소의 농도에 따른 혈액의 색채 변화 감지를 통해 혈액을 투과 및 반사하는 광원의 색채를 측정함으로써 혈액의 pH 농도 이상 증후 원인을 판단하는 단계; 및
pH 센서 및 색채 감지 광센서를 통해 측정된 혈액의 pH 농도 및 pH 농도 이상 증후 원인에 관한 센싱 신호를 출력하는 단계
