For the same example, since Oak Valley Wonju corresponds to a resort, the top-level domain code is 'rs', and the business division code of Oak Valley Wonju is assigned as 'ovw'. Since there are various methods or assignment subjects in which the business place classification code and the upper group code are allocated among the subscription information, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to any one.

The subscription server 131 receives the ID and password of the workplace from the service management server 132 . The received ID and password of the workplace are used when the service manager registers an account for the workplace in the authentication server 133 .

When the service management server 132 receives subscription information from the subscription server 131 , it generates a business ID and business password for the corresponding business place. The service management server 132 transmits the generated business ID and business password to the authentication server 133 so that an account for the business is registered.
