It relates to a concrete structure stainless steel lined water tank having a function.
This section provides background information related to the subject matter of the present application and is not necessarily prior art.
In general, water supply facilities that store and supply water and structures of water supply facilities (for example, a water tank that stores and supplies drinking water disinfected and managed at a water purification plant, a storage tank that stores and supplies rainwater, etc.) are made of various materials and shapes, It is manufactured in polygonal and cylindrical shapes according to its purpose and purpose, and is installed on the ground, underground, or on the roof of a building.
When classifying the water tank by its capacity and material, a water tank made of synthetic resin (SMC) is used in the case of small capacity and small size. It is not suitable for a large volume, so a water tank made of stainless steel (STS) is usually used.
However, the stainless steel water tank is not suitable for a large size because its strength is weak. Of course, reinforcement materials can be used to prevent deformation due to water pressure, but the effectiveness is lowered because the amount of reinforcement materials is used excessively. structure is used.
However, the concrete structure has a disadvantage of causing damage due to contact with water, so the surface is lined.

It is a concrete storage tank in which a pressure pipe is installed to induce and pass water stagnating in the corners to the inside of the guide hole while maintaining the inside of the bypass pipe in a low pressure state, and a panel member lining the surface of the concrete structure is fixed with a plurality of anchors. do.
Utility Model Registration No. 20-0432017 includes a protective plate that is closely attached to the inner wall of a concrete structure to prevent fluid and concrete from contacting; An attachment surface coupled to one side of the protection plate is formed at one end, and a plurality of protection plates are provided on one side of the protection plate in a state in which a stopping end to be caught inside the concrete structure is formed at the other end, so that the protection plate is in close contact with the inner wall of the concrete structure. It is a lining panel for concrete protection that includes a stud part to prevent it from being separated from the finished state.
According to the prior art, the entire lining panel is directly fixed to the concrete structure, and at this time, since many holes are drilled in the concrete structure, damage such as cracks are caused in the concrete structure, and water may penetrate through these damaged portions. There is a problem that the internal rebar causes corrosion.
In addition, there is a problem in that water contamination (stagnation of water) occurs at the portion (corner portion) where the guiding wall and the concrete structure are connected, thereby causing contamination of water.
In addition, the construction process of the conventional concrete-integrated stainless steel water tank is the construction of a reinforced concrete foundation - installation of a stainless steel water tank - installation of reinforcement and formwork on the periphery of the stainless steel water tank - the process of constructing a concrete wall on the periphery of the stainless steel water tank by pouring concrete As can be seen from the above, construction is difficult and dangerous because the processes of basic civil works, stainless water tank installation, and concrete wall construction are complicatedly mixed.
The present invention is to solve the above-described problems, while securing rigidity by reinforced concrete, preventing damage to the concrete part by stainless steel, and suppressing the occurrence of dead water in the water tank. An object of the present invention is to provide a concrete structure stainless steel lined water tank having a water splash prevention function that prevents damage to the concrete part due to the lining by lining the stainless steel lining panel without drilling a hole in the wall.
A concrete structure stainless steel lined water tank having a water-prevention function according to the present invention includes: a concrete unit including a storage space provided with an inlet and an outlet; a lining of stainless steel that is padded on the surface of the concrete part; a guiding wall formed in the storage space of the concrete unit to induce water to flow out in a zigzag form; It is formed in the connection part of the concrete part and the guiding wall and includes a shooter guiding panel for guiding water to flow without stagnation, and the shooter guiding panel includes an induction part and an outlet guiding part for guiding water to flow through a slope. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 8 , the
As shown in FIG. 8 , two or
The configuration of the guiding
The water
As such, one side of the water
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 , the
The induction
According to the structure of the acquisition-
Its configuration is all possible configurations in which water passes through the
The acquisition-
The water outlet-
As shown in Figure 10, the induction
The
11 to 13 are other exemplary views of the water
The inflow-side
The through
As illustrated in the drawing, when the inlet-side
In addition, since the water
