상기 복수개의 마이크로 LED칩 상호간을 종방향으로 연결하는 제1 전극배선 및 상기 제1 전극배선과 연결된 상기 복수개의 마이크로 LED과 각각 개별적으로 연결되고 상기 베이스기판의 일측면상으로 연장되면서 상기 복수개의 마이크로 LED칩을 외부전원과 전기적으로 연결시키는 제 2 전극배선을 포함하되, 전기전도성 금속으로 형성되고 상기 베이스기판상에서 메쉬패턴의 형상으로 배열되는 전극배선; 및
