제2접지선(GL2)을 갖춘 전신주(P)의 상단부에 설치되는 완철(100); 완철(100)의 양단부에 각각 설치되어 가공배전선(L)과 완철(100) 사이를 절연하는 LP애자(200)로 구성된 가공배전용 고정기구에 있어서,
상기 전신주(P)의 상단에 설치되며 외부로 노출되는 제1접지선(GL1)을 구비하는 원뿔형상의 피뢰기(300);
상기 전신주(P)에 결속밴드(B)를 매개로 설치되되, 상면에는 상하로 관통된 제1핀결합부(411)가 형성되고, 측면에는 전신주(P)로부터 인출된 제2접지선(GL2)이 이동가능하게 끼워질 수 있도록 제1핀결합부(411)와 직교를 이루는 방향으로 관통된 봉결합부(412)가 일체로 마련된 사각절연관(410)과,
사각절연관(410)의 양단에 착탈가능하게 설치되는 커버(421), 사각절연관(410)의 길이방향을 따라 나란하게 연장되어 커버(421)를 상호 연결하는 포크(422)로 이루어진 절연억류구(420)와,
만곡된 간섭회피부(431)를 갖추고서 제1핀결합부(411)에 관통되게 끼워지는 코터핀(430)과,
코터핀(430)에 착탈가능하게 끼워져 사각절연관(410)으로부터 코터핀(430)이 분리되는 것을 제한하는 분할핀(440)과,
정면에서 보았을 때‘⊂’형상을 이루고, 꼭지점에 절두홀(451)이 마련되며, 양단부에 마련된 제2핀결합부(452)를 매개로 코터핀(430)에 회전가능하게 설치되는 절연쇄클(450)과,
포크(422)가 관통되게 끼워지는 포크홀(461a)을 갖추고서 절두홀(451)과 봉결합부(412)에 이동가능하게 끼워지는 통전봉(461), 통전봉(461)의 일단으로부터 연장되어 제1접지선(GL1)과 전기적으로 상호 연결되는 제1볼트(462), 통전봉(461)의 타단으로부터 연장되어 제2접지선(GL2)과 상호 연결되는 제2볼트(463)로 이루어진 도전체(460)와,
