차량용 블랙박스 장치에 광고 희망에 따른 해당 광고 컨텐츠를 제공하고, 차량용 블랙박스 장치에 상기 광고 컨텐츠가 출력될 수 있도록 광고를 요청하는 광고주 단말기;
상기 광고주 단말기로부터 차량용 블랙박스 장치 광고를 요청 받으면 광고 요청에 따른 광고료 결제를 수행하고, 상기 광고주 단말기가 제공하는 광고 컨텐츠를 수신 받아 카테고리별로 분류하여 저장하는 운영 서버;
상기 운영 서버로부터 광고주의 광고료 결제를 처리하는 결제 서버;
상기 운영 서버로부터 상기 블랙박스 장치의 광고 요청이 발생하면 해당 광고 컨텐츠를 블랙박스 장치의 메모리부에 저장시키고 광고 컨텐츠 종류에 따라 출력 방식을 제어할 수 있도록 프로그램을 설정하여 상기 블랙박스 장치를 세팅하는 공급사 서버; 및
상기 공급사 서버로부터 제공되는 광고 컨텐츠 정보가 저장된 블랙박스 장치의 사용 여부를 결정하고, 사용을 선택할 경우 상기 운영 서버 또는 공급사 서버가 제공하는 수수료를 지급받는 사용자 단말기;를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 운영 서버는 상기 광고주 단말기를 통해 제공받은 광고 컨텐츠 정보를 날짜별, 날씨별, 시간대별, 이벤트별로 분류 및 저장하고, 분류 저장된 상기 광고 컨텐츠는 블랙박스 장치 제어부에서 차량 주행에 따른 날짜별, 날씨별, 시간대별, 이벤트별로 인식하여 광고 컨텐츠 정보를 출력하도록 제어하며,
상기 블랙박스 장치는 상기 운영 서버에서 제공하는 광고 컨텐츠를 메모리부에 저장한 후 광고 기능을 제공하거나, 상기 블랙박스 장치의 무선 통신망을 통해 실시간으로 업로드하여 광고 컨텐츠를 저장 후 출력하고,
상기 운영 서버는 상기 광고 컨텐츠를 차량 종류별 카테고리별로 분류 및 저장하고, 여기서 분류된 카테고리별 광고 컨텐츠 정보를 상기 공급사 서버에 제공하여 차량의 종류에 상기 블랙박스 장치를 분류하여 제공하며,
상기 블랙박스 장치에 구성된 GPS 모듈을 통해 위치 기반의 광고 컨텐츠를 출력하되, 기입력된 좌표 정보에 따라 차량이 해당 좌표로 이동하였을 때 특정 광고 컨텐츠가 출력되도록 제어하고, 위치 기반의 광고 컨텐츠 정보는 상기 메모리부에 저장되어 광고주의 최초 광고 요청 시 시간대별, 날짜별, 이벤트별 위치 기반별 광고 출력을 선택적으로 제어하고,
