Abstract
본 발명은 접착테이프를 권취롤로부터 인출시키는 동시에 일정한 길이로 절단하여 사용할 수 있게 하는 테이프 디스펜서의 절단칼 결합구조에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 절단칼 결합구조를 개량하여 절단칼의 조립공정을 간소화시켜 생산성을 향상시키고, 절단칼의 결합내구성을 증대시켜 정확하게 테이프를 절단시킬 수 있게 하는 테이프 디스펜서의 절단칼 결합구조에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 회전축(1)의 상/하/좌/우 4개의 방향으로 절단칼(3)이 지지되는 지지벽체(10)가 형성되고, 각 지지벽체(10)의 일측에는 절단칼(3)의 단부를 지지하는 지지판(15)이 형성되는 것에 있어서, 상기 회전축(1)을 2개의 몸체(11)(12)로 분할형성시키고, 분할된 각 몸체(11)(12)의 사이에 서로 고정결합되는 동시에 서로 연동되어 회전될 수 있게 하는 연동결합장치(5)를 개재시켜 구성됨으로써, 각각의 절단칼이 조임볼트와 너트의 조임으로 결합되지 않고 단순히 분할형성된 2개의 회전축 몸체를 결합시키는 것에 의해 회전축의 각 지지벽체에 견고하게 결합됨으로써, 제품의 조립공정수가 현저하게 줄어들어 생산성이 대폭적으로 향상되는 효과가 있는 것이다.
