기 학습된 농도추정모델 및 상기 관측불가능영역의 지리정보를 이용하여 상기 관측불가능영역의 미세먼지농도의 예측값을 획득하고, 상기 관측가능영역의 미세먼지농도에 기초하여 상기 예측값을 보정하는 단계;
상기 복수의 학습용 위성이미지들을 복수의 지역들 각각에 대응하도록 분류하여, 상기 복수의 지역들 각각에 대응하는 복수의 데이터셋들을 생성하는 단계;
상기 복수의 데이터셋들 각각에 포함된 복수의 위성이미지들 중 노이즈로 결정된 위성이미지를 제거하는 단계;
상기 복수의 데이터셋들 중 최소 데이터량을 갖는 데이터셋의 데이터량에 기초하여, 복수의 데이터셋에 대한 언더 샘플링(Under sampling)을 수행하는 단계;
상기 복수의 데이터셋들을 클러스터링(Clustering)하여 상기 복수의 클러스터들을 생성하는 단계;
상기 복수의 클러스터들 각각과 대응하는 상기 농도측정모델을 생성하는 단계; 및
상기 복수의 클러스터들 각각과 대응하는 상기 농도추정모델을 생성하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 농도측정모델은,
상기 관측가능영역으로부터 복수의 특징 벡터들을 결정하고,
상기 관측가능영역의 기상정보에 기초하여 생성된 복수의 기상 벡터들 및 상기 복수의 특징 벡터들에 기초하여 상기 관측가능영역의 미세먼지농도를 산출하며,
상기 농도추정모델은,
상기 지리정보로부터 결정된 적어도 하나의 독립변수에 대한 회귀 분석을 통해 상기 예측값을 산출하고,
상기 관측가능영역의 미세먼지농도에 기초하여 상기 예측값을 보정하는 단계는,
상기 관측가능영역의 미세먼지농도 및 상기 예측값에 대한 크리깅(Kriging) 분석을 통해 상기 예측값과 대응하는 잔차를 산출하는 단계; 및
상기 예측값 및 상기 잔차에 기초하여 상기 관측불가능영역의 미세먼지농도를 산출하는 단계를 포함하는,
동작 방법. An operation method for measuring and estimating fine dust concentration through a satellite image on the earth's surface, comprising:
dividing the satellite image into a plurality of preset regions, and classifying the regions into an observable region and an unobservable region based on a ratio of an area occupied by clouds to a total area of the region;
acquiring the fine dust concentration in the observable area through the previously learned concentration measurement model;
obtaining a predicted value of the fine dust concentration of the unobservable region using the previously learned concentration estimation model and geographic information of the unobservable region, and correcting the predicted value based on the fine dust concentration of the observable region;
classifying the plurality of training satellite images to correspond to each of a plurality of regions, and generating a plurality of datasets corresponding to each of the plurality of regions;
removing a satellite image determined as noise from among a plurality of satellite images included in each of the plurality of data sets;
performing under-sampling on a plurality of datasets based on a data amount of a dataset having a minimum data amount among the plurality of datasets;
generating the plurality of clusters by clustering the plurality of datasets;
generating the density measurement model corresponding to each of the plurality of clusters; and
generating the concentration estimation model corresponding to each of the plurality of clusters,
The concentration measurement model is,
determining a plurality of feature vectors from the observable region;
calculating the fine dust concentration of the observable area based on a plurality of weather vectors and the plurality of feature vectors generated based on the weather information of the observable area,
The concentration estimation model is,
calculating the predicted value through regression analysis on at least one independent variable determined from the geographic information;
The step of correcting the predicted value based on the fine dust concentration in the observable area,
calculating a residual corresponding to the predicted value through a Kriging analysis of the fine dust concentration in the observable area and the predicted value; and
Calculating the fine dust concentration of the unobservable region based on the predicted value and the residual,
