Shrimp is an animal belonging to the crustacean class, and is classified according to size into large lobster, medium lobster, and salted shrimp. The lobster is very popular as a food ingredient because it is rich in protein and has a savory taste. However, the supply of these prawns is far insufficient compared to the demand, and most of the shrimp traded in the market is procured by aquaculture.
On the other hand, sulfur can bring immunity enhancement and anti-cancer effect when ingested by humans. However, since sulfur is toxic, it is difficult for humans to ingest it directly.
Therefore, if the shrimp containing organic sulfur is cultured, the immunity of the shrimp is also increased during aquaculture, and a person who consumes these shrimp can experience the immunity enhancement and anticancer effect.

According to an embodiment, in step S121, the sulfur feed may be prepared. For example, sulfur is an oxygen group element belonging to group 6B of the periodic table, with an element symbol S, atomic number 16, atomic weight 32.06, melting point 112.8°C, boiling point 444.7°C, specific gravity 2.07 It is a substance that is defined as Sulfur has a long history of being effective in treating diseases. According to the ancient literature data, it is described as follows about the effect of non-toxic sulfur on the human body. In the Chinese book 'The Emperor's Inner Jing', it is said that when sulfur acts on the kidneys, the spirit becomes full, and the bones become strong and the bone marrow becomes full. are recording In China's 'Punjaksimseo', it is said that sulfur fills the yang and gives lifespan for a thousand years. In addition, in Heo Jun's 'Dongui Bogam', sulfur has a lot of heat and is very poisonous, but it helps to keep the yang energy by driving away the cold air inside the body, while also controlling the red odor and morale of the heart. did. In this way, in the classical literature, sulfur is the main ingredient of forbidden, known as the best medicine under the heavens to fight all diseases, and it is a good medicine for eternal longevity. It can be said that the evaluation of the weakness of sulfur is great enough to be said as a "rejuvenation potion" that even the elderly will regain their youth. On the other hand, in ‘Shinyaksancho’, sulfur is a very good medicine that helps yang, warms the body, and strengthens muscles and bones. It is said that it is said to control the cold wall of morale and to strengthen and strengthen the musculature. In addition, Choi Jin-goo's book, 'Finding Local Names by Foot,' says that in the old days, putting sulfur in a well removes not only the poison in the water, but also the poison in the iron, stone, soil, and other miscellaneous substances in the well. Furthermore, it was said that sulfur (硫黃) plays a role in removing 72 kinds of poisons (毒). 14 kinds of elements such as oxygen (O), hydrogen (H), nitrogen (N), sulfur, and sodium (Na) are essential elements in our body, and among them, sulfur is the 8th most important element. occupies a proportion. In particular, it is widely distributed in bones, skin, hair, and the like, and is also a major cause of hair loss, baldness, keratinization of nails, and skin aging due to its deficiency. Glutathione and cells that protect DNA from the attack of highly toxic hydroxy radicals that damage healthy cells due to free radicals, which are harmful substances that cause various cancers (癌, tumors), thereby causing aging and fatal cancer (tumor). Ohio State University in the United States also announced the experimental results that sulfur plays a role in enhancing TNF (tumor necrosis factor), an immune cell that activates and destroys cancer (tumor). In addition, kimchi, soybean paste, soy sauce, cheese, yogurt, etc. are fermented products with methionine, a sulfur amino acid. Our ancestors easily found sulfur hot springs as a means of treatment when skin diseases occurred. This is because the epidermal layer of the living body has a keratin protein structure, and the sulfur amino acid cystine, the main component, purifies and detoxifies the accumulated harmful substances in the skin. On the other hand, it is a well-known fact that the main ingredient that maintains skin elasticity is the functionality of collagen. The main reason is that the sulfur component plays a role in activating the various amino acids that make up the enzymes directly involved in the collagen molecule, and the effect of sulfur is so great that it is called a beauty mineral.
As described above, sulfur not only strengthens the bones and fills the bone marrow, but also removes the toxicity in the living body by decomposing anticancer action and various harmful substances, and at the same time increases the immune action of each part, so that you can be free from various diseases. Since the 20th century was the vitamin era, the 21st century can be said to be the trend of sulfur. However, sulfur is toxic, and if natural sulfur is fed to shrimp as it is, there is a possibility that the shrimp may die. Therefore, it is necessary to detoxify the sulfur through the nanoparticle decomposition method and make it into a sulfur feed.
For example, based on 100% by weight of the sulfur feed, the sulfur feed is 2 to 3% by weight of sulfur, 50% by weight of animal protein, 20% by weight of vegetable protein, 20% by weight of cereals, 2% by weight of oils and fats, auxiliary feed (vitamin mixture, Mineral mixture, etc.) may be included in 5 to 6% by weight. The method for producing sulfur feed is 2 to 3 wt% of sulfur in 1 liter of purified water, 50 wt% of animal protein, 20 wt% of vegetable protein, 20 wt% of grains, 2 wt% of oils and fats, auxiliary feed (vitamin mixture, mineral mixture, etc.) ) mixing 5 to 6% by weight to form a sulfur mixture; curing the sulfur mixture at 0 to 2 degrees Celsius for 3 to 6 hours; and pulverizing the cured sulfur mixture into nanoparticles. As another example, in the step of curing the sulfur mixture, the sulfur mixture may be cured at 15 to 20 degrees Celsius for 3 to 7 days.
According to one embodiment, in step S122, selenium feed may be prepared. For example, selenium (Selenium, Se) is a trace mineral essential for various functions in the body and is an antioxidant. Selenium is a powerful antioxidant that prevents or slows down the aging and degeneration of body tissues by removing free radicals such as hydrogen peroxide that causes cell membrane damage. That is, selenium exists as a component of glutathione peroxidase, an enzyme that decomposes hydrogen peroxide generated in the body and prevents damage caused by hydrogen peroxide. Antioxidant nutrients that prevent oxidation include selenium, vitamins A, C, E, and flavonoids. The antioxidant action of selenium works to prevent and treat cancer, liver disease, kidney disease, arthritis, etc. by enhancing detoxification and immune function, and reducing the damage from UV rays, X-rays, and radiation. A large amount of selenium supplied to the body is concentrated in the testicles and prostate to maintain healthy reproductive function in men and increase the probability of fertilization. Selenium-dependent enzymes may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by reducing fat peroxidation and affecting the metabolism of cell signaling molecules known as prostaglandins. However, no clear inverse relationship between selenium and cardiovascular disease risk was found in several studies. That is, there was a study result that the group with a low selenium concentration had an increased death from cardiovascular disease, whereas in other studies, there was a significant difference only in the death from stroke when classified according to the serum selenium concentration. In addition, selenium is known to prevent angina pectoris, arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, ischemic heart disease, etc. by strengthening the function of the heart together with vitamin E.
However, selenium is toxic, and if natural selenium is fed to shrimp as it is, there is a possibility that the shrimp will die. Therefore, it is necessary to detoxify selenium through the nanoparticle decomposition method and make it into selenium feed.

According to one embodiment, in step S123, the microbial feed may be prepared. For example, the microbial feed may introduce a specified amount of microorganisms to a specified amount of seawater, and multiply the microorganisms. As an example, the microorganism may be Bacillus subtilis (eg, aqua eco, NatoQ-plus, detox).
Microbial feed can improve water quality. Microbial feed can improve the protein digestibility and absorption rate of shrimp through proteolytic action. Microbial feed can promote the growth of shrimp by inhibiting harmful bacteria and having an intestinal action. Microbial feed has the effect of reducing sludge. Microbial feed can remove harmful gases (eg nitrous acid, ammonia, hydrogen emulsification or methane). Therefore, the microbial feed can help increase productivity by promoting the growth of shrimp, reducing stress, and increasing the density of aquaculture through environmental improvement of the aquaculture farm.
As an example, the microbial feed may include 2 kg of microorganisms (eg, Bacillus subtilis) added to 10 to 30 liters of seawater, and the microorganisms may be grown. The microbial feed can grow microorganisms at 15 to 20 degrees Celsius for 3 to 7 days.
According to one embodiment, in step S124, the mixed feed may be formed. For example, the mixed feed may be formed by mixing 2 kg of sulfur feed and 2 kg of selenium feed with 10 to 30 liters of microbial feed in which microorganisms are grown.
As another example, the mixing ratio of the microbial feed, the sulfur feed and the selenium feed may be variously set as shown in Table 1.
According to various embodiments, the mixed feed may further include copper sulfate, bentonite, diatomaceous earth, or seaweed extract (eg, mpide). The mixed feed may further include phosphoric acid, calcium chloride, sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, manganese chloride, zinc sulfate, ferric chloride or copper sulfate (eg, somembet minerite). The mixed feed may further contain vitamin A, vitamin D3, vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, nicotinamide or L-lysine hydrochloride (eg, StimSea).
