외주면이 상기 하부패드의 외주면의 내측에 위치하도록 상기 하부패드보다 작게 형성되어 상기 하부패드의 상부에 결합되는 발열시트;
상기 하부패드와 동일한 형상으로 형성되는 테두리부를 제외한 중앙부 측에 결합홀이 형성되어 상기 발열시트 상부에 접착제로 결합되는 고정용 프레임;
저면에 상기 결합홀에 삽입되는 삽입부가 형성되어 상기 고정용 프레임에 탈착되는 상부패드; 및
상기 상부패드의 상면과 측면을 감싸도록 결합되는 커버;를 포함하고,
상기 상부패드는
상기 삽입부의 저면이 상기 발열시트에 지지되며, 상기 삽입부를 제외한 저면이 상기 고정용 프레임에 지지되고, 상기 삽입부의 측면이 상기 결합홀의 측면에 지지되어 상기 고정용 프레임으로부터 바닥면과 수평인 방향으로 이탈이 방지되는 차량용 전기매트.
