The multi-spot ultrasonic welding apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a frame unit; and a punching unit having a body connected to the frame unit and a punching horn for creating a hole in a bumper which is seated thereon, wherein the punching horn is formed in a structure which can be attached to and detached from the body. According to the present invention, when it is necessary to replace a punching horn in order to create an attachment hole for a PDW sensor, a replacement punching horn is installed in the correct position, thereby being able to improve the work efficiency for installing a punching horn.
