도 10은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른, 열확산 측정장치에서의 일 지점에서 측정한 온도 및 수치 시뮬레이션 값을 도시한 것이다.
도 11a는 자연 대류(natural convection) 조건에서 동일한 부피를 갖는 순수 파라핀(Paraffin), 알루미늄 블록(Aluminum), 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 상변화복합재(Phase Change Composite)에 대한 발열부의 온도를 60 분(min)간 측정한 결과이다(도 11a의 좌측 상단부에 간단히 냉각 성능 검증을 위한 실험 장비 모식도이다).
도 11b는 전도 냉각(conduction cooling)) 조건에서 동일한 부피를 갖는 순수 파라핀(Paraffin), 알루미늄 블록(Aluminum), 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 상변화복합재(Phase Change Composite)에 대한 발열부의 온도를 60 분(min)간 측정한 결과이다(도 11b의 좌측 상단부에 간단히 냉각 성능 검증을 위한 실험 장비 모식도이다).
도 12a는 순수 파라핀(Paraffin), 알루미늄 블록(Aluminum), 본 발명의 실시에 따른 상변화복합재(Phase Change Composite)의 low(절연체), medium(자연대류), high(전도 냉각)조건에서의 최고 온도(Maximum temperatures (hot-spot temperatures))를 정리한 것이다.
도 12b는 순수 파라핀(Paraffin), 알루미늄 블록(Aluminum), 본 발명의 실시에 따른 상변화복합재(Phase Change Composite)의 low(절연체), medium(자연대류), high(전도 냉각)조건에서의 최고 온도와 주위 온도(ambient temperature)의 차를 주위온도에 대한 비율인 정상화(Normalized) 온도로서, 가열과 냉각 플럭스(fluxes)차이를 low, medium, high 조건에서 정리한 것이다.
도 13은 60 분(min) 발열 조건에서 순수 파라핀(Paraffin), 알루미늄 블록(Aluminum), 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 상변화복합재(Phase Change Composite)의 온도를 열화상 카메라로 촬영한 이미지이다.
도 14는 동일 시간 동안 순수 파라핀(Paraffin), 알루미늄 블록(Aluminum), 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 상변화복합재(Phase Change Composite)의 열 확산 계수(Coefficient of thermal spreading (CTS))를 정리한 것이다.
도 15a 및 도 15b는 순수 파라핀(Paraffin), 알루미늄 블록(Aluminum), 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 상변화복합재(Phase Change Composite)에 대하여 가열 전력(heating power)에 따른 자연대류 조건에서의 열 확인의 냉각 성능을 도시한 것으로 도 15a는 최대 온도(Maximum temperatures (hot-spot temperatures))에 관한 것이며, 도 15b는 정상화 온도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (15)
- 상변화물질 단위 층(unit layer)과 열전도 층이 순차적으로 반복 적층된 구조를 포함하여, 상기 상변화물질 단위 층을 복수개 포함하고,
상기 상변화물질 단위 층은, 복수의 단위 셀(unit cell)이 형성된 금속 메쉬(mesh) 시트; 및 상기 단위 셀(unit cell)에 함침된 상변화물질을 포함하며,
상기 복수의 단위 셀(unit cell)의 종횡비(Aspect Ratio, (A.R))가 0.1 내지 8 이고,
상기 금속 메쉬 시트의 부피 분율(vol%)과 상기 상변화물질의 부피 분율(vol%)의 변화에 따라 열전도도(thermal conductivity) 및 흡열량(amount of heat absorption)이 변화되며,
상기 상변화물질의 부피 분율(vol%)은 88% 내지 92%이고, 상기 금속 메쉬 시트와 상기 열전도 층의 부피 분율(vol%)의 합은 8% 내지 12% 인 상변화복합재.

상기 상변화물질은 염수화물(salt hydrate), 용융염(molten salt), 지방상(fatty acids), 액체 금속(liquid metal(Gallium, indium)), MCPAM(phase change materials made up of molecular alloys), 유기계 상변화물질(organic phase change materials), 무기계 상변화물질(inorganic phase change materials) 또는 공융혼합물 상변화물질(eutectic phase change materials)인 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 상변화물질은 폴리에틸렌 글리콜(PEG), 파라핀(paraffin) 또는 에리스리톨(erythritol)인 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화복합재.

상기 금속 메쉬 시트는 알루미늄(Aluminum), 구리(Copper), 니켈(Nickel), 황동(Brass), 철(Iron), 카드뮴(Cadmium), 금(Gold), 백금(Platinum), 텅스텐(Tungsten), 아연(Zinc), 지르코늄(Zirconium), 탄소강(Carbon steel), 스테인리스강(Stainless steel) 및 아연 철판(Galvanized steel)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 또는 2 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화복합재.

- 제 1 항의 상변화복합재를 포함하는 히트 스프레더.
- 종횡비(Aspect Ratio, (A.R))가 0.1 내지 8인 복수의 단위 셀(cell)이 형성된 금속 메쉬 시트를 준비하는 단계;
상기 단위 셀 내부에 상변화물질을 함침하여 상변화물질 단위 층(unit layer)을 제조하는 단계;
상기 상변화물질 단위 층 상부에 열전도 층을 순차적으로 교차하여 반복 적층하여 적층 구조체를 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 적층 구조체를 압착하여 복합재를 제조하는 단계를
포함하고,
상기 상변화물질 단위 층을 복수개 포함하고,
상기 금속 메쉬 시트의 부피 분율(vol%)과 상기 상변화물질의 부피 분율(vol%)의 변화에 따라 열전도도(thermal conductivity) 및 흡열량(amount of heat absorption)이 변화되며,
상기 상변화물질의 부피 분율(vol%)은 88% 내지 92%이고, 상기 금속 메쉬 시트와 상기 열전도 층의 부피 분율(vol%)의 합은 8% 내지 12%인 상변화복합재의 제조방법.
