Description
The present invention relates to a dual vibration device, and more particularly, to a dual vibration device capable of generating stereo sound or strong vibration by arranging two vibration drivers on the left and right.
The vibration driver refers to a device for transmitting vibration to a vibration target.
Conventionally, a vibrating driver that removes the diaphragm from a so-called cone-type speaker device and directly attaches either a circular magnet or a circular voice coil to a vibrating object has been used.
When the size of the unit of the vibration driver is large, the cone-type vibration driver has problems in that it is difficult to efficiently transmit vibration energy because the body becomes large in a circular shape to maintain the circular structure, and the weight increases, and the reaction speed is slow. In addition, the bonding force of the bobbin itself is weak compared to its weight, so there is a problem in that the vibrating driver falls off from the vibrating object when used for a long period of time.
Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2019-0099775 discloses a 'stick-type vibration driver' that transmits vibration to a vibration target using a flat movable coil plate and a rod-type magnet.
Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2019-0099775 applied a rod-type magnet to overcome the disadvantages of the cone-type vibration driver, but the size of the rod-type magnet is limited by the volume of the slim vibration driver, and thus the size of the magnetic field is reduced. There is a disadvantage in that sufficient magnetic field energy cannot be secured.
If a thick rod-type magnet is applied to overcome the disadvantages of the stick-type vibration driver, the weight of the magnetic circuit increases as well as the manufacturing cost, and the induced electromotive force generated by the voice coil and the magnetic field due to the increase in the weight of the magnetic circuit is reduced. The same disadvantage as the cone-type vibration driver, which is difficult to efficiently convert into vibration energy, may occur.
The present invention was derived to solve the above problems, and while reducing the volume and weight, it provides a dual vibration device capable of providing various vibrations and sounds, including a pair of vibration drivers capable of efficiently converting and transmitting vibration energy. In more detail, the magnetic field flows from the N pole to the S pole, and the magnetic field starting from the N pole has a property of sticking to the nearest S pole in terms of distance, so the area is narrow compared to that of the second yoke 240 (S pole). The magnetic field (in the present invention) starting from the first yoke 210 (N pole) is activated more strongly than the magnetic field flowing from the N pole to the S pole of the same area (conventional), and may be spread widely.
This widely spread magnetic field is attached to the
