Nonwovens, nonwoven laminates and articles are disclosed. The disclosed nonwoven fabric has a sheave function value of 2.0 to 65.9% expressed by Equation 1 below:
[Equation 1]
Sieve function value (%) = (final weight of powder remaining on nonwoven fabric after sieving test)/(initial weight of powder used for sieving test) × 100.

Description

Non-woven fabric and laminate thereof, and article including the laminate}Non-woven fabric and laminate thereof, and article including the laminate

Nonwovens, nonwoven laminates and articles are disclosed. More specifically, a nonwoven fabric, a nonwoven fabric laminate, and an article having improved bulkiness and visibility are disclosed.

The final physical properties of the nonwoven fabric are determined according to the web forming method and bonding method.

In the production of the existing spunbond nonwoven fabric, the web is formed through single spinning or core-sheath composite spinning. The web thus formed has a simple structure without crimps, and is combined by a heating calender to form a thin nonwoven fabric.

Thin nonwoven fabrics are used for top and back sheets in the manufacture of diapers, but compared to short-fiber air-through nonwoven fabrics in which a web is formed by carding and bonded with hot air, the bulkiness is significantly lower and the softness is lowered. There is this.

In addition, since crimp is not given during web formation, the bulkiness is low, so the area that directly touches the skin of the baby's buttocks is large during diaper manufacturing. There is a problem that remains on the top seat and rubs the baby's buttocks or causes a rash. In addition, there is also a problem that urine leaks to the outside of the diaper.

In addition, as the luxury market for hygiene products such as diapers progresses, there is a limit to the existing spunbond nonwoven fabric in order to give differentiation points by strengthening the bulkiness and visibility aspects.

One embodiment of the present invention provides a nonwoven fabric having improved bulkiness and visibility.

Another embodiment of the present invention provides a nonwoven fabric laminate comprising two or more of the nonwoven fabric.

Another embodiment of the present invention provides an article including the nonwoven laminate.

A method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric according to an embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:

제1 프로필렌계 중합체와 제1 프로필렌계 중합체를 하나의 압출기로 구간별로 180℃~250℃의 온도로 용융시켜 용융물을 형성하는 단계(S10),Forming a melt by melting the first propylene-based polymer and the first propylene-based polymer at a temperature of 180° C. to 250° C. for each section with one extruder (S10);

상기 용융물을 단일 방사 노즐을 갖는 방사 구금을 통해 토출시키는 단계(S20), 및discharging the melt through a spinneret having a single spinning nozzle (S20), and

(S30).Discharging each of the discharged melts through the diffuser (S30).

In addition, the method of manufacturing the nonwoven fabric may further include a step (S40) of imparting mechanical properties to the nonwoven fabric formed in the step (S30) by embossing using a heating embossing roll or heat-sealing by high-temperature ventilation. .
